In a way I understand trans men who want to go stealth and look as male as possible and how much of a hardship that can be socially and personally but I tune out the whole bs about how if you want to pass you have to stop dressing alternative or dyeing your hair like oh my god...who gives a fuck, I'd rather be misgendered than boring.

Like I've said it before and I'll say it again, if your identity in anything is so dependent on how other people see you to the point you start hiding or discarding parts of yourself for approval I think you really need to sit with yourself and reevaluate if you're willing to constantly chase validation rather than happiness.
