In Myanmar, Resistance Forces Pursue Home Rule

Two years after the military coup, many communities are providing their own public services and making the case for federalism.

Incredible story here: resistance groups in Myanmar are starting to govern autonomously at the local level, providing public services & re-opening schools. They have hospitals and judges, funded by individuals. They've already implemented democracy
