An enormous thank you to #oregonartscommission @regionalarts and @oregonstate for awarding me such generous funding in support of |||Thunderstruck|||, which began in July as a mini residency at Walter de Maria’s The Lightning Field and will culminate as an art exhibition and catalog release @carnationcontemporary in May 2019 with @jessidit @michaelestephen @katherine.spinella @rosana_avina and @robertcbeam . ⚡️✍️⚡️💰⚡️🤘⚡️ . Carnation Contemporary was founded in 2018 by a collective of Portland-based artists who champion critical and contemporary artwork. They are a cooperative gallery supporting emerging and mid-career artists from Portland and the surrounding region.
