I’m currently reading Thrawn Ascendancy: Greater Good and honestly I feel bad for Samakro. It must be so hard for him that his ideas get turn down most of the times by Thrawn. I understand that it is better to follow up a battle plan that were actually made considering all conditions and little details, but I can imagine most of Samakro’s inattentiveness comes from him being anxious about Thrawn (bc he’s so great at battle tactics) and it makes him super stressed.

I fucking love Samakro. I love this angry little man so ready to stage a coup but reluctant at the same time because ok Thrawn’s not a bad commander but he’s weird as fuck and also that other Mitth is def a spy but oh shit I’m in love with her.

He’s so stupid and angry and loyal and I just think he’s neat.
