i binged so much the past week
now im back :)
gonna restrict to 300 kcals a day from now on !

i ate kfc im totally worthless
tomorrow is fasting day and hiit workout
im literally so fcking fat. i see myself on my friends' story and i just fcking hate every single part of me. My hair my arms my legs my stomach EVERYTHING
Im so fcking stupid and immature nothing is nice or good about me i just hate myself
i ate some pasta today which is like 100 kcals and me and friends ordered kfc.
tomorrow im fasting 100% and ill do some hardcore exercise

ok so i ate another souvlaki sandwich and some chocolate pie.. thats around 850-900 kcals .. tomorrow ill do better!!!
also i weighed in today and i lost 11lbs!!! thats 5kg!!!! in like two weeks :)

lunch: pasta with tomato sauce(500 kcal)
dinner: i will skip dinner ofc
its a total of 700-800 kcals just to be sure.. so not proud. hopefully tomorrow ill fast :)

im fat so even if i dont eat when around other people they wont even notice or say something about it

Food rules
Not exceeding 700 kcals in a day
Walk or exercise for at least 20 min a day
Drink 7-9 glasses of water
always skip dinner, unless you re out with friends
If you have the urge to binge, watch a show, or eat 2 cucumbers with some chicken seasoning
coke zero is a must if you're hungry
so i wanted to share some thoughts of mine on here. Two days ago, 28/06/2021, my anoreccia relapsed. I dont feel bad about it because i want to be skinny sooo badly! There was actually a time that i was praying to relapse so i can go back to being skinny. Ive been restricting for 3 days now and im actually doing pretty good.
A back story of my ed, i was 15 when i was diagnosed.A horrible year but ill maker this time, this relapse better !
Its also summer so i dont have to eat that much. Plus im fat so my parents and everyone around me wont care about me eating anyways. They dont care if i eat or not cause i have meat in my bones and theres no way i couldnt eat. Little do they know lmao
anyways, if anyone wants to be ana partners im down! Like counting calories and shgaring our thoughts and emotions, progress etc.

i skipped breakfast :)
for lunch i had some chicken(170kcal)
fries(200 kcal)
a fried zucchini ball (230kcal)
and i also had half an oat bar(140kcal)
soooo in total its around 740kcal..
not proud of myself today but i was with a lot of people and i had to order something .
tomorrow ill restrict to 350 kcals :)
