I was gonna say if I made a MHA AU inspired by the ultimate universe from marvel or the Absolute universe from DC Comics, I would make it set in modern day instead of the far future and someone else would be the main character instead of Deku for the most part for my concept. (I didn’t decide who yet, but I would probably pick Eri so we can get a different perspective for the worldbuilding instead of Deku for the most part.)

In this AU Ochako and Himiko are childhood friends. Ochako was the only one that ever understood Toga, so she developed a codependent relationship with Uraraka and they both developed their quirks around each other. Toga would use her quirk to copy Uraraka and fight alongside each other as one perfectly synchronized being. Toga is Uravitys sidekick and never leaves her side.

Lore: Toshiro died saving her, which inspired her to be a hero. She began very young as a vigilante at 12, she considered herself very strong and got carried away. Her parents didn't mind much but got upset whenever she came back injured. At 14 she joined a vigilante gang who told her to apply to UA. She studied with the help of her gang for months to pass the written exam, in the end she barely passed it. She breezed through the physical exam tho and became a top student at UA.
