Ever since I started making cc (one year anniversary in a month, whew!) I wanted to create a set inspired by summer camp for kiddos + being a scout is my favorite after school activity in the game and somehow I never get bored of it. 🦔
So when I saw that that's exactly what we will be able to do in the new EP, I knew it was the perfect moment to finally get this set out there! 🪵
A lot of the items are inspired by retro camping equipment, scouting traditions and vibrant colors to get your sims in the perfect mood to enjoy nature. 🌼

In addition, this set offers a wide range of different cars that your Sims can own. Although all the items in this pack are purely decorative in nature, they add a touch of realism to the game.

This guitar used to be one of my first attempts at modeling back in 2015, then I ripped the Guitar Hero 3 Model in 2017 and made my first attempt at making a new texture, and I didn't do much of it until recently when I picked it up again to make some new texture and redo the ones I made back then. It's still fun to see how much I've learned through the years !
The Les Paul Junior was designed as a high-quality, affordable guitar. Gibson stripped the standard Les Paul down to the basics and gave it only one pickup, two knobs and that's basically it !
It has been used through the years by many famous guitarists and also been included more recently in starter packs with the Rocksmith games

I made a small mod to counter some of the annoying apartment related problems that can be tricky to deal with in game. In particular, I focused on nuisances that come with City Living, Eco Lifestyle, and For Rent. I'm honestly surprised I couldn't find a mod like this from someone else.
Overview:
This mod adds a new lot trait called 'No Problems' which has the following functions:
Prevents loud neighbour situations from City Living apartments (loud fights, music, & woohoo)
Prevents negative situations from For Rent apartments (tenant revolt, electrical issues, curses, leaks, mold etc)
Clears Eco Lifestyle roaches & flies from trashcans
Now you don't need to manually delete problematic objects with cheats or mods anymore! This is especially helpful for roaches since the City living roach spawner is invisible and the Eco Lifestyle roaches are a state on all trashcans.

How To Use:
Manually add the 'No Problems' lot trait in build mode
The next time that lot loads, the problems should be gone! (If you go to Manage Worlds, you can check the updated lot thumbnail with no problematic objects)
Important Notes:
This mod does not override or conflict with any existing lot traits.
This mod doesn't prevent 'Quake Zone' events or normal neighbour situations.
If you want to remove the permanent negative traits in San Myshuno, you can use a mod that 'unlocks' lot traits like this one. But please note how my mod is different:
The 'Needs TLC' lot trait doesn't actually do anything. Even if you just remove the 'Needs TLC' lot trait, the annoying problems can still occur, because they're actually caused by objects such as the mouse hole and invisible spawners. This is why my mod neutralizes and deletes the problematic objects.Now our sims can live nice, peaceful lives in unproblematic apartments.

Constance Perkins House

This house is among my favourite designs by Richard Neutra, one of the most famous midcentury modern architects, and it's - at least for me - a timeless classic. It only made sense to finally try my hand at building this beauty, and I can only hope I somewhat succeeded.

This house was born when Constance Perkins, an art historian, commissioned Richard Neutra to design a house for her. Her budget was merely 17.000$, and the lot in Pasadena that she bought was small and on a slope, which made the design process somewhat of a challenge. Perkins and Neutra collaborated on the design, and she had chosen him specifically because she liked his previous work: open spaces, large windows, unpainted redwood or stained pine walls and doors. She "wanted a very small house in which she could live and work, but also a place where she could entertain. These criteria required Neutra to reexamine the familiar single-family home [...] and to rework the conventional patterns of the type." (p. 176)
To get to know his client, "he requested [Perkins] write an autobiography and supply him with a list of "likes and dislikes" on every subject from textures to light levels to colors and smells." (p. 174)
When the house was finished in 1955, the reception was mostly positive and Perkins herself was full of praise: "To me, a truly great architect is not one who merely skillfully manipulates a construction to meet the individual needs of a client, important as these are. He [Neutra] is one who, doing this, also creates an "art object." My home is not just my "machine for living"; it is my environment. Living includes thinking and feeling as well as mechanical existence. Living is a way of life. To be full it needs an environment that pricks every sense with which the human being is endowed, an environment that is specifically ordered to give direction to ordered thought." (p. 184)

So what do you get?
The Constance Perkins House is a 40x30 residential lot best placed in San Sequoia on the “13 Acacia Avenue” lot in the Gilbert Gardens neighbourhood. It might also look good somewhere else, though.
The house consists of an open floor plan with a living and dining area, a kitchen, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There's also a spare room that could be used as a 2nd bedroom or as an office. There's a 2nd bathroom as well. The house has two terraces, one has a pool and is only accessible through the living room.
Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs, but a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.
