The more mindful you can be the more you can accept, love, change and grow. Don't run. Stop distracting yourself. Stop trying to force things. Accept yourself. Accept who you are and how you are. Who you are is how you exist in this world. Rejecting yourself and what is, is where your "problems" come from. Acceptance can turn a "problem" into an opportunity.
