hello! I just wanted to tell you that I ADORE your work so much. I’m not an artist, and despite my love for art, I’ve never bothered to even do as much as pick up a pencil. But after discovering you I seriously COULD NOT stop thinking about wanting to draw. your style just has that effect. it’s so beautiful to me. it looks simple from afar but detailed after getting a closer look. From where do you find inspiration ?

Where i find inspiration?? This can be asking for different things so ill js say what i think yr trying to ask..?

1. The main inspo for my art is hard to say… I have a lot of “sources of inspo”, esp from the many artists i like. Although, i will say, it is inspired by victorian ink art (hence why i try to add lots of hatching n all that shazzaz). Generally though, I am inspired by almost anything that resembles something old or IS actually old

2. Where i find inspo? Tbh, it varies and doesnt come from a single app, show, place, etc. My ocs for example r heavily based off my observations and experiences. My illusts r… uhm…. Hard to say where i get the inspo from lol. Although, its usually from looking at stuff on pinterest or the idea js popped outta my head haha. As i mentioned earlier, i am generally inspired by old stuff. There are many sources of inspo from this type of “genre”, but specifically, id say its mainly the fashion and history aspect of it, sometimes movies (usually Wes Anderson) and shows/animes
