so for me personally, i love that every event is time slotted and followed pretty strictly. i know when everything starts, ends, and how long i have between each event.

if you get a paddock pass, there’s a lot more opportunity for private spaces, nice bathrooms for taking a breather, and I also shamelessly wear my sunflower lanyard for visibility.

but if you’re general admission, there’s rarely any quiet areas or sensory spaces, so loops and/or noise cancelling over the head headphones are essential for me. it’s also busy busy busy! so i carry body safe antibacterial wipes to wipe myself down with if i start getting a bit ‘itchy’ because of the crowds.

also: if you can, please go with somebody else. it can be incredibly overwhelming to handle alone. i needed my safe person with me at all times.
