mikey and joori hadn’t been seeing each other for very long in the grand scheme of things. this was only the third juliette comeback mikey had been a sidepiece for. but even she could see how big this one was, and how much it meant. and surely joori was nervous, so mikyung thought it would be nice to bring lunch and tea to the backstage greenroom of juliette’s comeback stage. “here– i made sure they left the onions off, i know you don’t like them,” mikyung said gently, passing joori the takeout container. “your manager said you have a few hours to kill– do you want to go sit somewhere and eat together?” @joorvi
the more comebacks came and went, the more tired joori got. not just physically-- in her soul. she and pansy were the glue that were holding juliette together, and both of them were slowly losing hope. having six members for this comeback was so important to her. it felt like some sort of spark hard returned-- one that she was sure would be snuffed out the moment they were back to four. but she was trying not to think about that. mikyung had been a great comfort since they met-- the wrestler listened to her and understood her and didnt judge her. and when she saw mikey in the greenroom, her whole heart filled with warmth. “you’re so thoughtful...” joori answered, smiling gratefully at her girlfriend. “i would love that. there are some picnic tables out on the terrace, if you want? no fans can get there. it’s getting stuffy in here.”
