We often get caught up in living life in a hurry & rushing through everything. Rushing to eat breakfast, rushing to work or rushing to get the children ready.

Take your time & enjoy simple things. Like savoring your breakfast or coffee in the morning. Or walking slower to truly take in the nature of your surroundings with appreciation.

How to ACTUALLY start Wonyoungism: A Guide Part 2

Ok so one of the KEY things I find is helpful is to simply Romanticize. Hopefully you are familiar with this word but if not it’s simply the term for making something more attractive or better than it is. Doing this can help you and build your mindset to look forward to every day and enjoy things you wouldn’t normally enjoy! 🫢

If you’re unsure how to do this, it’s simple really..🤫🤫🤫

-Build an alter ego. The best way to do this is to JOURNAL. How does she act, think, what habits does she have?

-Impersonate your favourite character from a film or your idol. What would she do?🤔

-Light a candle, blast music, just SMILE to the universe. 😆😆

Another thing I find super helpful is being present.

This includes just doing things mindfully and being aware of your actions etc.

One of the MAIN problems I had as an early teenager was coming home from school knowing i overshared- 😥😥this really helped with that now as being present and grounded prevents unnecessary conversations etc.😊😊👌

This can help you come off as more attractive to others as you simply do not get carried away and you’re seen as calm. It also helps you think carefully about what you say and do. 😌😇
