There is only one Waltpaper, and that is me . The only people who have the right to speak about me or tell my story, are people who I have worked with or know me in some tangible capacity . No one is my ambassador. My story is my story. My images and my archive are the shared ownership of myself and the artists, photographers, and friends that I collaborated with . The only “OFFICIAL” voices of the Club Kids, are the individual voices of the people who were actually there to participate, document or witness first hand . I’ve begun sharing my archive and my story on Tumblr at www.lifeinsidetheclubkids.tumblr.com . I do this because there are so many bad images out there and fake people trying to represent our scene. It was an important time. The images deserve to be seen with full credits about the people who are in the photos, the photographers or artists, the dates and locations. All of this I share . I offer this for us all to share in, all I ask is that you properly credit the source, subject, and authorship of the images if you choose to repost . It’s not a lot to ask. I’ve carried and protected my archive for almost 30 years now. Many of the images I have, no one else has . My voice is only the voice of Waltpaper.
