On your mark, get set, get ready to go. . Vans is rolling out to this year’s Babes Ride Out West Coast event, where we’ve supplied some cool boards for 5 BRO artists to customize. From first creating stencils to decorating the grip tape on his skateboard, artist Jake Mullins found his calling when he started working at a tattoo shop, where his strong lines, bold colors and love of traditional tattoo style flourishes. We’re super stoked to chat with Jake about his Grim Reaper inspired board and find out more about his background and where he draws inspiration in this round of Art School.
