And you can aim for my heart, go for blood But you would still miss me in your bones;
Noir is a genre of loss, of men and women unable to roll with the changing times, so the changing times instead roll over them. – Dennis Lehane, Tribalism & Knuckleheads.

Live By Night(2017) | Dir. Ben Affleck
This is heaven. Right here. We’re in it now.
Dion runs things now.
Pour me one, will ya?
I've Completed all the Coughlins books (The Given Day, Live by Night and World Gone by), i think the best character in those books is The Father, Thomas Coughlin, He's character is very deep, don't you think? :D
How do you like the trilogy? What’s your favorite one?
Yes, Thomas’s character is very well-written and complicated, but also very human. He’s like this tough father figure with a successful career, but the dark and weary part of him makes him more approachable. His own demon and his own little failure are heartbreaking. Chapters about him are all intense and his dialogues are usually the highlight moments. I was not very fond of this character in the beginning of The Given Day because he treated his sons very poorly. But at last he won me over. My favorite moments of Thomas are mostly with Danny, also I love the part of Thomas & Uncle Eddie, and Thomas’s bravery at the police strike. What’s your favorite moment of Thomas Coughlin? :)
wow!! never expected to find a page about this awesome movie!!, can you upload Danny's (Scott Eastwood) scene on youtube? (my stupid country don't sell blu-ray dvds.).
I think someone did but it got removed pretty quickly? I feel like it’s not appropriate for me to just put it online or publish it because it would be copyright infringement. If you like, hit my ask off anon please, and I’ll see if I can find a way to share it with you in private.
You will have a lot of doubts about me as you grow older, Joe thought as he put his hand on the back of his son’s neck and left it there, but you will never feel unloved, unwanted, or alone.
We will probably die young.
RIO <3 Could you possibly make more gifs of Danny Coughlin please?
Hello!<3
I’ll try my best, you know. After all that’s not a very big scene and Danny’s character was a lot different than who he was in the books but yeah, I’ll see what I can do. :)
