Something about seeing images like this makes me sentimental for life. It reminds me that the question of "what's the point in living" is fundamentally wrong. Because the answer is just that. To live. It's not complicated. It's something you're actively doing right now. The point is to existence. To just be. There's nothing deeper to it. There's no grand hidden meaning. And I know that thought is horrifying to some, but I find it rather beautiful. Life doesn't have a deeper meaning and that's okay. It's okay to just be alive. That's all you need to do. That's enough. And its beautiful.

I just realized that Zahard has an extra failsafe for someone going beyond 134 and ot was mentioned in season 1. Beyond just needing the key (which is convoluted enough in and of itself) you'd need an irregular on your team because it's established by the Administrators that only irregulars can take the Administrator's tests. So even if a princess could get the key together there was never a guarantee that they could take the test per the Tower's own rules. And since we can assume the 13 month weapons were made for the 13 great warriors, it was probably intended that you'd have to defeat all 13 to get the key, but that plan had to be modified when V and Arlen wouldn't play ball

I haven't seen much art of Arlen as a warrior despite the statue of her in the Hand of Arlen showing her holding a needle. When I saw a panel from Hero Killer (below) and couldn't help but think it'd probably look like her if it were recolored. So I figured I'd share the results.

I know it's not stated, but I assume the elder symbol was originally Arlen's family symbol and the general F.U.G. logo was V's.

I love that Edahn is the only person to have a costume change in the Traumerei flashback. Everyone else has one outfit and Edahn changes with just about every location setting.

First entry, traveling outfit. Multiple layers.

During the actual party, he's dressed down a bit with a button down and tie.

And as soon as the party's over, full outfit change.

Due has three outfit changes in two chapters when no one else does. Love that he lives up to the fandom's reputation of him being the Extra one. 😆

If anyone confronts V about his attitude toward Baam, I want it to be Jinsung. Granted, he wasn't always the nicest to Baam (he's even admitted to that in cannon) and he's not a perfect father figure, but he does genuinely care about him. Its shown multiple times and he even called Baam his god at the end of Name Hunt Station. I'd love to see him lay into V and really see Jinsung get aggressively defensive over his adopted son.

when the thought of a finnick odair prequal makes me ill but I desperately want people to understand how upsetting this man's life was. I'm sick of people looking at his capitol persona in catching fire and seeing that as the basis of his character. rather than the man who worked tirelessly for the rebellion, who gave his life for the cause, the man who cried constantly for months when his love was taken, who held her hand and never let go when she came back, the man who had multiple suicide references in the books. Finnick Odair lived and died tragically

If they make a Finnick spin off, I'd prefer it focus on Annie's hunger game and him as her mentor. It would be dark, but seeing the hunger games from the monitor side of things and how their relationship came to be would be interesting.
