India can’t have the Kohinoor “back” because INDIA NEVER OWNED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! (In fact, “India” didn’t even exist when the British took it.)

The Kohinoor belonged to the sovereign Sikh Raaj under the reign of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Maharaja Dalip Singh inherited it, but the British usurped it from the child.

I am sick and tired of India erasing Sikh and Punjabi heritage, or the fact that Sikhs once had an independent sovereign state. The diamond is not your’s. Back off.
