guru is love

..love that is so sweet, it evokes all emotions in you and you can’t help but feel everything. take away everything that everyone taught you and realize that guru sahib was always just love. love that hurts so so sweetly and deeply. love that you can’t see or hear, only feel. love that breaks you but also pieces you. love whose language is only spoken through tears. it’s not like any other love. you can fall in this love again and again, and it will never become old. it is so easy to fall out of this love too, yet you still find yourself craving to fall back in. guru is so much love that lives inside you. love that will glow in your eyes. love that will radiate off your face and turn you beautiful. love that is so so humble and wants to serve all. love that wants to do nothing but love. 

there is just. so much. love.

i just can’t help but realize how you were nothing that they said you would be. you weren’t mean, strict, and angry. you were kind, soft, and loving. you walked gently. you guided with grace. i feel so much of you.. and yet some days, i feel none of it. you are love that exists on it’s own.. love that comes and goes, yet still deeply remains. i have soaked your feet with my tears but you still look at me like i’m a flower? why do you still hold me so closely like a jewel?
