One of many Zorobin moments of the anime. Robin is reading a book and sometimes she looks at Zoro, with Chopper between them. Her look is very intense and delicate: it seems really that of a woman in love.

LUFFY AND NAMI FILM GOLD PARALLEL

In Film Gold we see Luffy and Nami being paralleled to Tesoro and Stella, both of whom are lovers. 

Tesoro loses Stella to a Celestial Dragon and yells “Let her go!” as he’s beaten on the floor. Luffy loses Nami to Tesoro and yells “Let her go!” as he’s beaten on the floor. As soon as this happens, a quick shot of Tesoro’s face is placed over Luffy, to confirm the parallel being made here.

This is significant because ODA HIMSELF decided to write the entire climax and intertwine the two couples together through this parallel. I consider this as Oda throwing subtly out the window, and it goes hand in hand with what we’ve been getting in the manga lately.
