3rd heatwave of the year and there's just no breeze, like hi can we please have that back as it'll make it 10x more bearable

#driving with no cold aircon and no breeze isn't a vibe #literally the worst thing about it #for the past couple of years Ive had no working cold aircon and I looked up the price a couple of years ago #and it was like upwards of £60 so I said there's no point as ill only use it a couple of times a year but it's getting more tempting #(watch me still not get it regassed as I cba to go to the garage)#em talks

We finally have a cool breeze here after this horrible heatwave so we've had all the windows open (as much as we can with cats that like to escape) to try and start cooling the house and my room is finally back in the 20s after being 30 for the past 36 hours at least and mentioned to my sister that it'd dropped like 1°c and she was like 'is that it??' like yes I will celebrate these small wins considering how long it's been hot it'll take more than 3/4 hours of colder air to cool it

#like the walls aren't even cool to the touch #going to try and sleep in my room tonight after on the floor in the lounge last night but if I'm too warm I will bail #em talks

Hope all my fellow UK and European followers experiencing this heatwave (or soon to be) are looking after themselves

#i am not doing too great #think I cooked myself overnight as there was ZERO breeze and therefore feel sick and have a temperature #so came home from work early before having to drive or do anything really in this heat #and idk if I'll go in tomorrow as it's still the same temperatures #anyway spending the day trying to stay cool and hydrated #em talks

#i just like to have options #we're going for a week btw #so I didn't think it was too much when putting it together but now I'm questioning #also I have like 5 pairs of shorts but again I want options #as long as it fits and my suitcase isn't overweight I might leave it #em talks #also my sister's argument for 4 tops is that we'll just wear them in the evening as well be by the pool during the day

Coldplay being my first play is such a random choice like I didn't even listen to them that much, also Northern Attitude being my 2nd most played song is kinda embarrassing when the rest of the top 8 I've been listening to for so much longer
