Most of my women students have terrible impostor syndrome despite doing fantastic in this course and besides emailing them all separately like "you're amazing. You know your shit and you worked hard. And you should be proud," is there anything I can do?
In my experience, it can help to give process oriented feedback versus product oriented feedback and especially over characteristic feedback. Like maybe for a paper,
Characteristic feedback: "You're such a good writer!" Not good, focuses on a personal characteristic and makes a value judgement (good vs bad). Super easy for Impostors(TM) to dismiss this kind with all sorts of internal excuses.
Product oriented: "Your paper [the product] is so well done!" Better. Harder to dismiss, but also easy for Imposters(TM) to excuse as a fluke.
Process oriented: "I really appreciate the effort you put into this paper. You used (x y z) resources to do some great synthesizing and connection making." Best. Focuses on the work done and the competencies displayed. Really needs to be specific, which can be hard to give out when you have like, lots of students and lots of grading, but when specific and focused on the actual tasks the student had to do to accomplish the thing, it's harder to dismiss. If I did use x y z resource and connect them and you praise me for it, it's kinda hard for me to rationalize it away and makes it easier to take that praise to heart.
But also it can be hard to reframe things as process vs product because it can get muddy depending on the nature of the work.
Sorry this got long o.O and this is based on my perspective as a female presenting person in physics and an educator.

I teach math, and this phenomena has been documented (at least in stem) since the 70s. (Look up Fennema and Sherman-their big names who studied gender differences.) Sadly, its not just women. Students in all sorts of underrepresented groups are similar. (Rochelle Gutierrez has studied this group extensively if you want details.) What you really want is equity research. There's a ton out there and our knowledge is growing every day. Here is a bit of what I've learned from my experience and studies:
What Pythag said. Feedback is important. But! If you don't intend to grade on process that can cause a lot of harm. Your feedback should match your assessment expectations.
Get diverse voices. Studies show white males are more likely to be the ones who answer when asked a question in class. Pay attention to who you call on and make it a diverse group.
Gutierrez talks about power differentials in the classroom. In short, make your students authority figures in the class. E.g. if someone comes up with a strategy to solve a problem, call it their strategy while you are learning to use it. If it's a big name idea, give it that name *after* they've learned to use it.
Gutierrez also talks about access. Give students problems with a low floor. Problems everyone can participate in at the start from everyday knowledge. Part of the battle is getting people talking.
For women specifically, sadly I don't know of anything that will help directly. This is a societal problem. The research says that women internalize career paths they should/shouldn't take by 8th grade (at least in the US). Breaking this narrative would take a societal shift in who are in positions of power, a feedback narrative shift (women get feedback focused on their kindness, men get it on their knowledge), access to services that allow women more access to "elite" jobs, destigmatizatiin of periods, etc.
But most importantly, my experience has taught me this: my students are people first and students second. They have a lot bigger world than I see as their teacher. From day 1 I emphasize that I know this and I expect them to communicate what they need -big things or small things. I can't fix it if I don't know about it. When I started going in with this attitude and expectations I suddenly had students reaching out more readily. I was able to have more 1 on 1 meetings with students where I could tell them they were doing great (prompted by them)!
Giving solid encouragement never hurts. One of my cohort won a teaching award. I asked what she did and she said. "I am their constant, ruthless cheerleader."
