How i imagine the Bamon relationship and love confessions to happen in the prison world.They basically meet every night in the kitchen,Bonnie explaning literally always it’s for a glass of water and Damon starts mocking her for it and somehow always end up making out.After sometime Bonnie offers to him to drink some of her blood during him kissing her neck and after a while bonnie says to him unwittingly and unexpectedly says the three little words.Things become awkward between them and then Kai shows up always making Damon SO jealous.Then Bonnie sends him back in the real world and gets stabbed from Kai.In the real world Damon tries everything he can to get her back(also he saw that Elena and Stefan are back together and that she lost the memories of them and weirdly he doesn’t care AT ALLi wonder whyy😏)when he finally gets her back in the real world their epic hug happens and then Bonnie says to him that she knowspff😂that he doesn’t feel the same way but she cares about him and then Damon says he was so scared when kai hurt her and that he missed her so much and cares about her so much and somehow she found her way into his heart and she became his every thought and that he can’t stand the thought of being apart from her and then kisses her and says he’s not the type to say it all the time he says that he loves her and that he doesn’t want her to have any doubts about that then they kiss again(while holding her up if that wasn’t clear) Damon starts kissing her neck and he says that he loves her smell and Bonnie mocks him about it but gets serious again and they finally make love for the first time on the kitchen floor.

this scene is underrated.

no doubt the fact katherine stole elena's body to get closer to stefan is just awful and disgusting but let's talk about stefan and the moment they kiss. he thought she was elena. he knew that all of this was wrong and he couldn’t do this to his brother because elena and he broke up quite recently. but he so desperately wanted to kiss her. he needed her so much and so bad. you can see it in the way he tries to pull himself back from kissing her and how hard it is for him that he comes back to kissing her again and again still trying to stop at the same moment. he touches her very carefully as if he’s afraid to ruin it all because he knows it may be too much. he wants to stop and he doesn't want to at the same time. i swear it looks like she is the air he needs and he's grabbing his last hope to take his last breath. it's like he can't breathe without her. he still stops himself from kissing her and stops breathing for a moment and then tells her that this was wrong. because he really thinks so. you can see how much he still loves her, how badly he needs her and how he doesn't want it to end. but he lets her go because he is selfless and honest. you can see the tension he felt while kissing her because he craved this moment so badly. he so desperately clung to the hope of being with her that he kept reaching out to kiss her. but in the end he stopped himself, because he is the better man. the better brother.
