i’ve been off this blog for a while ,, due to lack motivation and other life events ; but i’ve made the executive decision to discontinue most of my aus after everything that’s been happening.

what the men’s usa hockey team has said and done and continues to do has turned me off from them completely, and i think their attitude is beyond abhorrent. you cannot keep sports out of politics if your sports team continues to engage with figures of power this way. while yes, i had a multitude of favourite players on this team, i am beyond disappointed yet not surprised that this is the outcome, and i will no longer be writing or supporting them in the slightest.

i will tentatively pick and choose who to write for moving forward, so please expect new content soon! <3 please take care.

summary senior year! (finally)

pairing ethan edwards + daisy ahn + luke hughes

i am .. finally getting to this one .. TT i apologize for the lack of updates and writing, as i too and preparing for my last year of uni :3 so i wanted to write a little blurb + an smau for daisy and ethan since they are ALSO both seniors !! <3 rlly hoping to see ethan in jersey w luke so there’s gonna be a lot of allusions to that, but i hope u like it!!

though it’s her 7am alarm that typically wakes her and ethan up, daisy finds herself rousing from her sleep to the sound of a familiar ringtone. sitting up, she moves ethan’s arm off her waist before blearily searching for her phone on the nightstand. it doesn’t take long for ethan to wake either, as he tugs on his girlfriend’s arm to pull her back into bed.

“enough, boyfriend. our boyfriend’s calling.” daisy scolds, and though her voice is still laden with sleep, there’s an undertone of acute playfulness in it too. he makes a noise of some kind, but stops protesting as she slides on ‘accept’.

“eddy’s still asleep?” luke’s voice sounds through the speaker of her phone, and from the looks of it, it doesn’t seem like he’s gotten out of bed either. she shakes her head as she lays back down, dark hair fanned beneath her and splayed against her pillow, ethan rolling over as he tucks his head into the crook of her neck whilst his arm finds its way back around her waist. both daisy and luke roll their eyes.

“let him be, it’s still like.. pre-season. or off-season. i dunno. the days are melting into one. i’ve been in michigan too long.” she jokes, ethan whining in protest as he half listens to her jibes.

“yeah, yeah. s’why i called you. happy last first day of school.”

“you remembered?”

“you’ve been talking about it for like.. a week. course i did.”

daisy rolls her eyes again. “well, in that case, thank you. it’s really weird to think we’re almost done here.”

“thank god. i’m dying without you here. after this, it’ll be us three in the flesh again.”

“don’t think the world is ready for that kinda trouble,” comes ethan’s sleepy reply, and daisy can’t help the way she stamps a kiss to the side of his head. the sight of his lovers acting like that makes an odd combination of homesickness and adoration twist in luke’s chest.

though it takes all three of them a while to actually get up, they manage to fall into a routine; one they’ve grown accustomed to since luke’s departure from ann arbor to new jersey. and when the time comes, they’ll be able to do it together, just like they used to.

ᆼᆽᆼ 𝖿𝖾𝖾𝖽𝖻𝖺𝖼𝗄 & 𝗋𝖾𝖻𝗅𝗈𝗀𝗌 𝖺𝗋𝖾 𝗁𝗂𝗀𝗁𝗅𝗒 𝖺𝗉𝗉𝗋𝖾𝖼𝗂𝖺𝗍𝖾𝖽 ！

Lando was floating in that peaceful half-awake, half-asleep realm. His eyes heavy-lidded as he lay sprawled out on his back, his body sinking comfortably into the mattress. Only clad in a pair of boxers that clung lowly on his hips, god you had such a strong urge to tug them off. You could tell by his slow heavy breaths that he was so close to falling asleep. 

You stood there in the doorway of your shared room, admiring how beautiful he looked under the soft glow of your dim bedside lamp. His curls were messy from rolling around in bed, and his pretty lips parted. How could you not go and bother him when he looked that good? 

As soon as he felt the mattress dip under your weight and the feeling of you crawling up between his legs, with your hands softly moving up his legs with your movements, he let out a dramatic groan. You roll your eyes playfully and move to straddle your boyfriend’s lap, his warmth spreading to you. 

“No don’t” he whined sleepily in protest as he felt you press against him, already knowing that you would keep him up. His body betrayed all that whining as his hands instinctively moved up to rest on your bare thighs, his thumbs gently caressing your warm skin. 

”m’not even doing anything,” you purr, giving him a faux innocent smile when he looks up at you with his half-lidded eyes, he clearly doesn’t believe you. You slowly leaned down, moving your hands to rest on the side of his shoulders to keep yourself from completely falling onto him. 

You felt his breath hitch as you placed a feather-light kiss on his shoulder, before leaving a trail of soft kisses across his chest and up his neck, leaving goosebumps across his skin in your wake. Your lips twitched up into a smirk as you felt his body react to your touch. You place a soft kiss on his forehead before moving down to his cheeks and then the tip of his nose. You smirked and whispered “I’m so hungry I could eat you….wait fuck I did the trend wrong” 

He squirmed as he felt his cheeks and ears go red at your words and touch, his lips faintly twitching up, but he stopped himself from smiling. His hands squeeze your shirt as he looks up at you with his tired eyes. “Doll, please, I need to sleep.” 

You pout playfully and move off his lap to flop down on your side next to his, holding your head up with your hand so you can look down at him. You bit your bottom lip absentmindedly as you admired his side profile, his pretty nose, and long eyelashes that you were so envious of. The warm glow that reflected on him disappeared as he reached to turn off the lamp—a tired groan leaving his lips at the movement— but it was quickly replaced by the reflection of the moonlight that slipped through the curtains. 

Lando let out a mixed sigh of relief and tiredness as he rested his head back on the pillow, closing his eyes again as he tried to relax and fall back asleep now that the room was silent and peaceful. But you, of course had impeccable timing, breaking the silence after a couple of minutes, your voice soft, “Lan baby, I have a question.” 

“Please don't start this” Lando pleaded dramatically, knowing that this wasn’t going to be just one question, it never was with you on nights like this. Despite all of his complaining—and he wouldn’t say this out loud—he truly did love these moments, because he loved you. You ignored Lando’s dramatic plea and scooted closer to him, whispering “If I went into a coma and you got in a relationship but then I woke up, who would you be with?” 

He couldn’t help but groan loudly at your words, squeezing his eyes shut as he rolled over onto his side to face you, hiding his face in the pillow. He scrunched his nose up, not liking your words at all and he wasn’t going to entertain it anymore. His words came out muffled, “Why would you ask me that before bed?—I'm going to get a bloody nightmare.” 

You giggled at how cute he sounded and how cute he looked with his face squished against the pillow, his nose scrunched up, and he had that cute pout on his lips you so desperately wanted to kiss. Your eyes slowly trailed down his bare chest and to his bicep, which looked like it was begging to be bitten, and that’s just what you did. You leaned forward and playfully nipped at his warm skin, letting your tongue smooth the sting, all Lando could do was let out a mix of a moan and groan, “Mmph” 

You pull away and pout dramatically at the lack of reaction he gave you, your boyfriend really was tired. Too bad you weren’t. Your sweet boyfriend has been gone all day, leaving you all alone and bored at home. Could anyone really blame you for wanting to have some conversation with your boyfriend that you missed? 

“Would you still love me if I got turned into a fish by an evil wizard?” You asked seriously, using your free hand that wasn’t holding your head up—to softly caress his hip. Your fingers teasingly dipped under the band of his boxers, feeling him tense under your touch. Lando mutters with a tired huff, “No.” 

“But I'd still be me!—well in fish form…you're really going to let the evil wizard tear us apart like that!?” You exclaimed dramatically with a gasp, sitting up on your elbow as you looked down at him. He sighed as he felt the bed shift, slowly opening his eyes to look up at you, blinking a few times so he could fully admire how pretty you looked. Even with that faux upset look on your face. “Mhm” 

“I’m going to suffocate you” you hissed playfully, trying to hold back your smile and laugh as the two of you locked eyes. The tiredness you were starting to sadly feel made you feel even more silly; it was a cute sight in Lando’s eyes. Lando rolled his eyes dramatically before he fauxed boredom “Please do” 

“Rude” you pouted with a small huff as you moved to lay back down on your side, resting one of your hands under your face, the other resting between your bodies. Lando hummed and adjusted the blanket so he could pull it over the two of you, giving you a ‘really’ look once he was done as he sassily replied, “Oh, is that right?” 

You smile and lay there comfortably as he tucks the two of you in tight. He hummed happily and rested his head back on his pillow, giving you a big dopey smile that showed off his dimples. Your legs brushed against each other before you tangled them together. Just as his eyes started to close you were opening your mouth ”If I was cloned would you have two girlfriends?” 

That was not the ‘I love you’ or the ‘good night’ he expected. He let out a tired sigh before mumbling “No?” 

“Why not, do you not love me enough?” You questioned him with a fake glare and an accusing hum. You raise your eyebrow and move your finger to poke his stomach. He winced dramatically and opened his eyes, giving you an annoyed look, but you could see his lips twitching, holding himself back from smiling. He gives you an unimpressed look “Babe.” 

You let out a dramatic and loud sigh, nodding softly as you pout and move your leg between his thighs, adjusting a little to get comfortable. “Okay, okay, I'm done.” 

A few beats of silence…and then the sound of his whisper “I’d have three” 

The two of you break out into a fit of tired giggles at his words, the fact that the two of you were tired made it so much more funnier than it was. Lando presses his face into the pillow to muffle his laughter when you finally speak between your giggles “Gnarly foursome that is” 

Lando smiled as he watched you calm down from your laughter, a heavy breath leaving your parted lips. There were a few moments of silence as the two of you stared lovingly into each other's eyes, talking with your eyes. He leaned his head forward, softly pressing his forehead against yours, the two of you fluttering your eyes closed at the soft contact. 

You knew you could fall asleep in that moment, his warmth and soft touch. The faint sound of his breathing, the way the bed and blankets molded around the two of you. But no matter how tired you were—you just couldn’t turn your brain off. You flutter your eyes open, whispering mischievously “Would you ever fuck me wearing your helmet?” 

“Oh my god go to bed” Lando huffed with a dramatic whine, reaching his arm out so he could grab your waist and pull you closer so you were pressed up against him. You couldn’t help but giggle as he held you tightly against him, tilting your head up to say another sassy remark but all that left your lips was laughter, feeling a little ticklish from the way he held your waist. 

Lando hummed and leaned down, shushing you with a few quick kisses to your lips. A small huff of annoyance left your lips when he pulled away too soon; he had to stop himself from smirking at the sound. He adjusted the two of you so you could lay more comfortably, your head snuggled into his chest. Slipping his hand under your shirt so his warm hand can rub softly at your back, he placed a long kiss on the top of your head. 

You let out a small sigh, your body melting into his touch. No more questions. The sound of his heartbeat against your ear smooths you along with his warm touch. You close your eyes and let yourself finally relax, tracing a heart on his side. A silent ‘I love you’ Lando was quick to do the same thing on your back. 

With your face squished against his chest, you couldn’t see the cocky smile spread across your boyfriends face as he thinks real hard on your last question. He holds you tighter, mumbling into your hair, loud enough for you to hear “The answer is yes by the way” 

You smirked triumphantly at his words, making sure to put that on your mental to-do list!

Not cruel in a tragic way, more in the mildly inconvenient, you-said-you'd-walk-me-home-and-then-realized-it’s-a-25-minute-trek-back-to-your-dorm kind of way. But neither of you ever seems to mind. Luke doesn’t. Not when it’s you.

You, who lives in the psychology building most days. You, who knows nothing about hockey but always asks how his games go anyway. You, who met him in an econ gen-ed class in your first year and never stopped haunting his thoughts.

You’re loud when he’s quiet. Wild when he’s steady. And for some reason, you like him. Not in the way he wants you to—not yet—but enough that he’s learned the names of every street between your dorm and his. Enough that he knows which bench you sit at outside the library when you're stressed, and how you bite the inside of your cheek when you're lying.

“I think Luke’s obsessed with you,” your best friend says, not for the first time, as you scroll through your camera roll and pause too long on a blurry candid of him mid-laugh.

You blink. “He’s not.”

She raises an eyebrow. “He literally walked across campus last night just to bring you soup. In the rain.”

“He was already out.”

“He was at the rink.”

Okay, fine. Maybe he is. But if he is, then you’re just as bad because you stay up past midnight editing his papers even when you’ve got your own midterm, and you always bring him his favourite gum before games, and you always save him the last piece of your granola bar, even though he swears he hates that flavour—but you catch him eating it every single time.

You’re friends. Really good friends. Friends who find excuses to meet halfway between your classes just to walk each other the rest of the way. Friends who sit too close on your dorm couch when the power goes out. Friends who don’t say anything when their hands brush, but who both feel it anyway. Everyone around you knows. They know.

“Just date already,” Mark grumbles one night when you’re curled up in Luke’s hoodie at a party, nodding off on the couch beside him. Luke turns redder than the Solo cup in his hand.

He never tells you how he feels; he doesn’t want to make things weird or want to risk losing you.

But one night, late in October, when the leaves are brittle and the air smells like woodsmoke, you find him waiting outside your lecture hall.

He’s got his hands shoved in his hoodie pocket, bouncing a little on his heels.

“Thought you had practice,” you say, confused.

“I skipped.”

“Why?”

He hesitates and shifts closer. “’Cause I wanted to see you.”

Your breath catches. “You see me all the time.”

“Not like this.” He swallows. “Not just you and me.”

You’re quiet for a second. And then: “Luke?”

“Yeah?”

“You can kiss me, you know.”

His smile could light up the quad.

And when he leans in, he’s a little shaky, but it’s everything you’ve been waiting for. Everything your friends knew long before you did.

“Stink, can you get me a soda?” Quinn asked as he looked away from the large TV for a few seconds, watching as Stella made her way towards the kitchen, slipping through her family members that stood around watching the game. Stella was quick to agree, not wanting her brother to do any extra work with his injuries “Sure” 

“Stella, can you get me a bag of chips?” Jack was quick to call out once he heard Stella say yes to Quinn, hoping that he would get lucky. Stella scoffs playfully and mumbles to herself ‘lazy ass’ she calls out loudly “Get it yourself!” 

Jack rolls his eyes, mumbling to himself about Stella picking favorites again. Jim, who sits next to him, laughs and takes a large gulp of his beer. Quinn smiles triumphantly from his corner spot on the large L couch. Usually, that was Stella’s spot, but she wanted Quinn to be comfortable. 

Stella ruffles her younger cousin's hair as she walks past him, causing him to look up from his tablet with a toothy grin. Stella giggles and walks over to the ice cooler, grabbing Quinn’s favorite soda and her lemonade. Sighing, she quickly grabbed Jack's favorite chips and a cookie before making her way back towards the living room. 

She quickly dropped the bag of chips on Jack's lap before walking around the couch, smiling softly at the grin he sent her. She plopped back down on the couch between her eldest brother and her mom, setting her cookie on her thigh before opening Quinn’s soda for him, causing him to chuckle and mumble out a soft thanks. 

Stella leaned back and got comfortable, bringing her knees up to her chest and resting her head on her mom's shoulder. Ellen looked away from talking with Carmen’s mom to look at her daughter, she lifted her arm up and wrapped it around her, Stella smiling and resting her head on her mom's chest. 

“You okay lovey? Hmm?” Ellen asks her youngest with a small smile, rubbing her shoulder. Stella yawns before taking a bite of her cookie, mumbling “Yeah this game is just boring” 

Ellen nods in understanding. Stella never really was the biggest fan of football, only really interested when she’s watching with friends and family. Ellen smiles and softly fixes her daughter's hair that stopped at her shoulders “Well, Why don’t you go play cornhole with Luke and the others” 

Stella thought about it for a few moments. She didn’t want to leave her mom, but beating Luke’s ass in cornhole and spending time with her friends and boyfriend was very tempting. 

“Mmkay but I’ll come back for halftime” Stella promised as she sat up, there was a TV out in the backyard that was playing the game too but Stella wanted to watch the halftime show with her mom. Ellen smiled and pressed a soft kiss to the top of her daughter's head “Okay hun, have fun” 

“I will momma” Stella promised, handing Quinn the rest of her cookie before getting up and practically skipping towards the back door, flicking the back of Jack's hat as she walked past him. Giggling and rushing away when he brings his hand back to grab her. 

Stella smiled at her older cousin who was holding her baby Emma, the cutest little 7-month-old baby. And seeing the grumpy look on her little face, she was woken up from her nap. The little baby was sleeping peacefully in Stella’s room, but the loud noises from her family members must have woken her up. 

She placed a soft kiss on the top of her head making her smile before walking towards the glass slide back door. Smiling when she sees her friends, brother, and boyfriend having some drinks and playing cornhole. The game and country music playing loudly. 

Stella walked up behind Rutger who was sitting in a lawn chair, a beer in his hand as he chuckled at Dylan and Luke’s petty argument about who won or not. Stella rested her hands on his shoulders, massaging them softly as she leaned down to place a few kisses on his neck “Hi handsome” 

Rutger smiled and tilted his head, Stella cupping his jaw and leaning in for a quick kiss. Rutger smiled and licked his lips once she pulled away, resting her chin on his shoulder. Rutger brought his free hand to touch her short hair, admiring her “Hey baby” 

“Hey lovebirds cut it out” Tyler playfully gagged at the sight, Stella rolled her eyes and chucked while Rut playfully flipped him off. Mark finally caught sight of his best friend and smiled waving her over, chuckling when he spilled his beer, yeah he must be tipsy. “Stell get over here, let’s kick Luke and Ethan’s ass!” 

“Be right back” Stella hummed as she placed a big wet and loud kiss on her boyfriend's cheek making him chuckle and smile big. Rut leaned back in his chair and watched as she started walking away, not before leaning forward to playfully slap her ass. Stella gasped and covered her ass, turning round to playfully glare at him but she couldn’t keep the facade, breaking out into a grin. 

Stella giggled and jogged towards them, giving a cheeky smirk to Luke and Ethan “Ready to get your asses whooped?”

outfits: iris has a very large wardrobe. A few staple items in her wardrobe is; mini skirts of any style, boots of any kind, sweaters, and short dresses. accessories: iris doesn't like to over-accessorize with her outfits,  but she has a ton of different accessories. She loves changing bags, and having cute little pins, keychains etc on them. jewelry: iris doesn't have a favorite between gold or silver, she loves both. The only new jewelry iris gets is from gifts. She prefers getting jewelry from thrift shops, through her family etc. She loves jewelry with gemstones/crystals. She likes to layer necklaces, wear multiple rings and bracelets at a time. 

makeup:  iris doesn't really use a lot of makeup. Mostly just her eyelashes, eyeliner, a little bit of eyeshadow, some blush, and then her lips. Sometimes she likes to add some highlighter on her nose, cheeks, and in the corner of her eyes. Its very ‘natural makeup’.

a heir to his fathers business, louis auclair, meets a new inspiring fashion designer, gabrielle braun, during a party in france – which was the start of their relationship. After 2 years of dating they got married. Living in a beautiful château in France. 

in 1998 they had their first son, arthur. And then in 2001 they had their second son, hugo.

and then in 2003, they had their last child and first daughter, iris. 

when iris was 5 her parents put her in ballet  and made her start golf lessons, doing competitions/tournaments for them both. She was naturally talented at them both – she stopped dancing at 16 and continued to golf competitively until she was 18.  

iris and her family moved to montreal, quebec for 2 years, because of her fathers work. from when she was 12 to 13. 

iris lived in France with her family until she turned 18, moving to New Jersey for college, having been accepted into princeton. 

she lived in a dorm for her first year at Princeton before moving into her own apartment.

iris is very family oriented, very close with her family. 

iris is known to not be a very good skater, her clumsiness not helping at all! 

she was a child model and modeled all throughout her teenage years, but stopped in 2021. 

iris has a love hate relationship with scary movies/shows, she cant watch them alone or in the dark 

iris works at her aunt opal’s famous bakery in New jersey. 

she has a obsession with playing minecraft & stardew valley 

moose (her cat) is 4 years old, he's her baby

iris has always been a big fan of anything apocalyptic/dystopian, her family and friends teasing her for being a nerd about it. 

iris prefers rainy/forecast over sunny weather

iris has a big sweet tooth, especially for candy, she always has a good collection of sweets in her apartment. 

iris is an excellent cook/baker. She loves trying new recipes, and she loves cooking for others! 

she loves making meals and treats for her neighbors. She has a great relationship with all of them besides her neighbor Emily, who for some reason hates iris. She's extremely petty and rude to Iris, but is ‘nice’ to her in front of others. 

iris and her close knit group of friends love having little hang outs every week, either at her apartment or they go out to do something together, usually to their favorite bar or go to karaoke. 

iris is at the top of all of her classes, she's very passantie about learning. 

iris absolutely loves thrift shopping 

she always has her headphones with her, listening to music or an audiobook 

her favorite Disney movie is Lemonade Mouth, the soundtrack is one of her favorite albums and she could recite the whole movie if she wanted to. 

her best friends are extremely protective of her, she's the baby of the group! 

iris has a huge collection of vinyl’s, most of them being from her father who gave them to her. 

has been told a few times that she has an old soul. 

She writes in her journal every single day. 

her favorite things in her apartment are ceiling to floor bookshelves, her brick wall and her large windows. 

iris gets sick easily

has never passed out because of her anemia but does have to get iron infusions every once in a while. 

she likes to keep up with dancing, going to the dance studio to rent out a room every other week. and she still likes to go golfing. 

iris is very popular on pinterest, spotify and tiktok. 

when she gets stressed out she likes to do puzzles or color.
