hey everyone i accidentally logged myself out of this account for a year+ and now i’m back. i sold Gus in december. he’s in the best home ever in Virginia. (i taught his new owner for over a year, and and the last 6+ months she lessoned with me, she rode gus. she lessoned 1-2x a week.) His new owner and her husband are building paddock space on their farm to be able to take him home. for now he’s boarded at the most gorgeous historic property. I visited him in his new home a few weeks after he moved and he’s thriving. It’s bittersweet, but with my life changes, it was best for him.

His new owner texts me updates all the time and has extended her hospitality to me and my gf at any time to come visit. seriously lucky.

also i graduated college in december.

Oh my GOD, I forgot about you but I 100% remembered and instantly recognized Gus!! How are you doing?? I’m doing good! Wrangling my health back in order, moving forward on horse plans, and developing profesh credentials with Arabians.

The top photo was taken about 5-6 weeks ago. Bottom was taken Sunday. We gained the weight back!! Maybe we can keep it now. Hay belly is receding... he’s been on Purina Ultium Competition, about 5 lbs a day (ish— I weighed it and can’t remember how much it was, now that I’m starting to decrease the amount), a joint supplement, and a probiotic. It’s hard to tell, but he has a nice cover over his ribs. His top line looks AWESOME. We’ve got a round booty again. The belly is coming up!! I’m so glad he’s made such a nice bodily change it what feels like a short amount of time. I don’t want him to get any fatter than he is now. He’s got good muscle built up, too. I’m happy.

Ok these are better pics of the Stone’s I’m trying to identify!! 1. Someone suggested red jasper but I’m not really sure?? This is a better pic of it. 2. Absolutely no idea but it’s really cool looking with her green stripe. 3. Again, no clue! It’s like the deepest hue of violet. 4. My only thought is maybe a weird blue lace agate? 5. No clue! It’s a cool purple hue with cool lacing though.

All of these stones I’ve had since I was young young young... I’m pretty sure they’re all real, so I’m treating them that way! I just need help identifying them :^)
