I knew I saved all of my viewers choice tickets for a reason!-) A Maine movie made in Maine about Mainers and their wild animals. How the couple cares for them and how the animals care for the couple. That how this nug can sum it up but the movie was much more. A must see!
Bugarach, Man! A spoof in spoof, I don't even know? The Director is showing his movie in Bugarach where this chaos took place. I would sure like to be at that viewing to see the town's peoples reaction. I did wonder if the film crew was concerned about their fate for the "end of the world" but then again I guess they were in the safest place.
Tomorrow we Disappear, India's Gypsy's are the keepers of many of India's art treasures. The government of India had no issues letting the culture beholders squat on the out-lands of the capitol. Until a developing firm hands truckloads of cash to the government for rights to build onto of the artist community, we follow a few artisans in there fight to maintain their individuality.
The search for General Tso brought deep feelings to me the feelings that welled inside of me... The hunger for spicy sweet crispy gooey chicken and The hunger for a mystery travel quest that starts in rural America and leads me to parts and time unknown.
Aaah the Desert dry and desolate so much so it's quirky, just like this movie also beautiful and harsh. The depictions of the landscape are breathtaking and raw exemplifying the theme of comparison through the characters that persistently emerges.
Day 2 fueled up on sunshine & CC pancakes at #CIFF with #Unity College
After watching Waiting For August I walked out of that theater with more knowledge of personal responsibility than I have had my whole life.
The cascading family issues are ever present, from the lack of a male role model with both the oldest and youngest sons to the compensation of maternal care for material attention. All of which grade on the shoulders of a 15-year-old girl.
I believe I can condemn myself to being a bad person by wanting to hit the five other children as much as Georgiana threatens but the loving care she shows for her family should shine through all of her future endeavors.

I forgot to mention a main theme of migrant workers, much like I in the Philippines and Latin America it appears to be a mainstay of the culture but at what cost?
Great Times at #CamdenIFF with #Unity College and it only day 1 of 3!!

To say The Iron Ministry was a point of view (POV) film would be an understatement. The work as if I were indeed on the train in China with multiple Genres of Chinese countrymen. As with any travel that I encounter I have times where I become annoyed, times I watch people to my own amusement and other times that I feel sad, also during my traveling I feel sleepy. The film brought to me a common ground that people all around the world find humor and hope in the struggle of life. #THE IRON MINISTRY #J P SNIADECKI #CIFF #Unity College #Bayview Street Cinema
