Jrock Vault Update Extravaganza
We’ve completed the transfer over to our new subscription system!
Because the new company handling the back end of our service does not have the capability to handle bimonthly boxes on a set billing schedule, at this time, we’ve had to change to quarterly.
We’re hoping to go back to bimonthly in the future, but are hoping to ease the sting with some one-off boxes in the future. Think special, big, legendary boxes.
The new system we’re using means we’ve been able to add some new features. These include:
New refer a friend feature.
Refer a friend to Jrock Vault using your special URL. Both you and your friend will have $5 applied to your account.
Ability to set band preferences.
When you select your shirt size you can also tell us what bands you’d like to see in our boxes in the future.
Ability to add an additional poster.
Another function in preferences allows you to add a second poster to a full-size Jrock Vault box for $5.
Subscribe at any time.
So that the refer a friend feature can function properly, we found a way to keep subscriptions open all the time.
You can now sign up for Jrock Vault whenever you’re ready to do so. If you sign up after the cut off date for each box then you are not charged until we process renewals for the next box. We will still have a short ordering period after the band is announced where you can pay to start a new subscription with the newly announced box.
