Janos Karancz is not human.
I still shudder at the thought of ever trying Grinder's Death Sauce again in the future. It is without a doubt the worst hot sauce I ever tried in my life.
Why did you decide to cancel the NY State contest only a month before it was scheduled to take place?
I made the decision to cancel the contest because it was ultimately the right thing to do. The local hobby shop had taken a huge risk by offering up over $3,000 in cash prizes before a single sponsor was even on board, and the value of the support that came in from the yo-yo industry didn't even add up to half that amount. Even worse, more than half of the yo-yo companies I contacted didn't have enough courtesy or respect to even respond to my e-mails, which I personally feel was a giant slap in the face. So to follow through with NY States would have resulted in the hobby shop getting stuck with the bill, while the industry that collectively offered very little support for the event would end up benefitting the most from it. I just could not allow that to happen in good conscience, and I'm sure most people would have done the same if they had been in my shoes.
Jesse Christe never ceases to amaze me with his yo-yoing, and his most recent video really raises the bar for slack tricks.
Merry Christmas!
When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion, it is called Religion.

BONUS RESOLUTION FOR 2014: Break down and learn at least 2 tricks from this video.
R.I.P. Danny Severance Your 1A was ahead of its time, and it is a shame to know that you won't be around creating more off the wall tricks in the future. We may not have been very close, but your loss is still having quite a profound impact on me right now. I am truly saddened whenever a fellow thrower's life ends too early. Wherever you are now, I hope you've found peace.
Dusty knows what's up.
you sure do like to stick up for the homos. your probly gay yourself.
Yeah, that must be it. Forget about the fact that I have a wife and we've been married for almost five years now. Our marriage must be just for show, right?OR maybe I'm just one of those strange people in this country who believes in equal rights for everyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation. So if me feeling so strongly about equality means that I'm gay, then I guess it must be time to divorce my wife and get a huge rainbow tattooed on my ass.
Sarah Palin is so completely full of shit here that it isn't even funny. Free speech is in no way an "endangered species" in this country like she is trying to claim. Everyone in the USA is still entitled to voice their opinions, no matter how misguided and hateful those opinions might be.
On the flip side of that coin, however, everyone is also allowed to criticize people whenever they say something that is completely out of line. Because contrary to popular delusion, the freedom to speak your mind in this country IS NOT a one way street. It goes BOTH ways. So if you aren't willing to deal with the inevitable criticism that comes from spewing your hate -- even if you believe that your hate is justified by the religious book you follow -- then maybe you should just keep your opinions to yourself.
Also, nobody even violated Phil Robertson's right to free speech in the first fucking place. The government hasn't gone after him over his homophobic remarks have they? Has he even been arrested for what he said in that GQ interview? No, he hasn't. So his Constitutional rights were in no way violated, and a few million mouth-breathing knuckle-draggers saying otherwise will never be able to change that FACT. Now of course, A&E has made the decision to suspend Phil indefinitely over what was said in that interview. But you know what? That is something that they had every right to do. And if people in this country choose to boycott the network for that decision, then that is perfectly fine too. That is what freedom of speech is all about, after all.
what would it take for you to believe in God?
The only thing that is really keeping me from believing in God (or any gods for that matter) is the complete lack of physical evidence that they even exist. So in order for me to be able to believe in them, all I need to see is tangible, real world evidence that proves they are not just fictional entities. Until then though, I will continue to stand by my assertion that God doesn't exist.
This may not be something brand new from me, but Bridge Jumper is still my favorite trick that I've come up with over the years. It's just so damn fun to do. P.S. - I really need to finally get around to putting up a tutorial for this one.
Instead of posting yoyo videos from other people why dont you post more of your own?
I am already planning on posting plenty of my own yo-yo videos as I film/edit/upload them to YouTube. In the meantime though, I don't see anything wrong with me sharing vids from the players who inspire me to keep throwing.
It has been a hot minute since John Chow dropped something new.
The wait was worth it.
Feeling this.
yoyo is such a stupid hobby.
That might be true. On the other hand though, throwing yo-yos still beats the hell out of anonymously trolling people on the internet.
