I first discovered this very handsome & stocky actor, AMIN JOSEPH during the summer of 2017. I began tuning in weekly to John Singleton’s new crime drama on F/X called, “SNOWFALL”.
The series depicts drugs in the 1980′s from various angles – the inner city, the suburbs of Los Angeles and international distribution. We are taken into the world of how crack cocaine took over the country during that tumultuous, Reagan era.
Amin stars as Jerome Saint – the uncle of our lead character.
born and raised in New York City, Amin studied theater at the renowned, HOWARD UNIVERSITY. upon graduation, he landed his first major role in 2004. Amin was casted in the television action flick, RAGE & DISCIPLINE.
I never realized this until now, but Amin was one of the sexy, dark brothas who featured in the late night, Cinemax or “Skinemax” series’: “ZANE’S SEX CHRONICLES”, as well as, “ZANE’S THE JUMPOFF”.
in both series, the male cast members left as little to the imagination as the female leads during the very illicit sex scenes.
we got a real peak at Amin’s chiseled body not only in the ZANE’S skin flicks, but also in 2014′s “TRANSPARENT” where he and Cleo Anthony attempt to run a train on the female lead…
“BEST NIGHT EVER” where he plays an exotic dancer, and 2015′s on-screen vehicle for Amber Rose & Eva Marcille: “SISTER CODE”.
since then, we’ve seen Amin on the big screen in summer 2017′s BAYWATCH movie – alongside Zac Efron & Dwayne Johnson (The Rock).
and prior to that summer blockbuster, Amin featured in Sylvester Stallone’s, “THE EXPENDABLES”, as well as his “HOMEFRONT” project.
