Speaking of tattoos, I want to put this on my right leg, above my ankle.

Do it! But fair warning, you'll have to make it fairly large to fit the writing. I had to put mine above my ankle rather than on the side of my foot (where I originally wanted it) because if I had it too small it would bleed together over time.
