Someone stole my legs whilst I was sleeping.

Going above and beyond

Where am I? Have I been abducted?

Follow my journey of determination & persistence to regain confidence on horseback & in life.

I regained consciousness to the foul stench of hospital grade bleach stinging my nostrils and a strangers face over mine calling me to wake up.

My last recollection was riding my black thoroughbred gelding Samson. My husband David was on his Australian Stockhorse Mare, Dallas,  and I was in front of him moseying along looking up at the sky, admiring an absolutely perfect day.
