I made a website!

Now you've probably seen the attempt before, people getting mad at tumblr and then making a 'Simblr' (Tumblr clone). Though, despite tumblr being sometimes a bit frustrating because of their changes, that's not why this site came to be...

I wanted a place where Storytellers, Creators, and just generic sim players can all be together and get the exposure and fun that they deserve.

Not only that, but also for a place where the TSM community and TS1 can belong somewhere too without the use of a forum.

And eventually, I hope we can make it the home for Life by you and Paralives when that comes out :)

Plus, it's also NSFW friendly! While the site is initially PG-13, we've got tags and profile settings that allow you to browse NSFW items as well.

Mods

I've specifically made filters for different games, and their needs in mind. For example, for TS2 there are so many awesome game fixes out there and clean templates, that you'll be able to navigate and find this easily.

Not only that, items can also be put in multiple categories! Especially great if you've uploaded a set!

You can also find Testers wanted only mods here if you feel like helping out fellow simmers with testing!

NOTE:

Mods do go through a "queue", but not in the same way as you may have experienced on MTS or TSR. I merely check if it's flagged as NSFW correctly, and then it's good to go! :) So the waiting time will be much less!

It's really difficult to find new Sim stories or Legacies on Tumblr, let alone for these writers to get people to read their awesome stories! Hopefully this should make the process much easier now!

Also! You got any comic or "movie/cinematic" like stories? No problem! Just check the "carousel only" option, so no description needed!

What about moderation?

While there's a report system in place, and the items in the queue are checked for NSFW, but users could still turn their non-NSFW to a NSFW, items may be stolen. So do report these as that will never be condoned!

Additionally, all comments you get on your mods, story, etc. Those are primarily moderated by you. You can delete them, you can turn comments off even if you'd like. If things really go wrong, you can always ask an admin.

Where are the Advertisements?

If you're currently not seeing them as of reading the post, that's because that's still being set up. This is merely to cover the cost of the website! Though, I promise you I won't bombard the site with ads, as that's just annoying.

Changelog coming in!

Added dropdowns to all navbar items. This was you can easily switch to a specific game's browse page (plus it's now also available if you look at a profile, home, etc)

Made the dark/light mode buttons a dropdown as well.

Added filtering to the profile pages. This way you can now decide to only see a specific game of that person.

Additionally to that, the cards now also have a way of showing what game they're for when you have it set as "all games"

Added more text and a footer to the home page (formally known as "Switch Games")

Notifications now show the newest to oldest, rather than the other way around (woops!)

The notification count thingy in the navbar now properly shows how many unread notifications you actually have

Guests can now change the download page views as well (i.e they can now switch from Tabbed to Default and visa versa)

Profile tabs now have numbers of how many there is of each type, when in tabbed view of course.

Browse is now called "Mods"

You no longer will get the whole "editing" screen automatically when uploading an image. Instead, you'll have to click 'edit image' on the image itself and then "adjust image" for it to show

Want to support my mods and cc making?

So this is something I've been thinking about for a little while due to changing real life circumstances. I've decided to make a patreon to help me be able to create the things I love while also staying home as a temporary carer.

Recently my grandma broke her femur, and has been in rehabilitation for about a month. I live with her, and she's going to need pretty much around the clock care for the next 6 months while she gets back on her feet. This means I'm not able to work at my real life job as much, however I will be at home much more often!

I know there is a bit of a stigma around early access, especially with ts3, so I won't be doing that. Instead, I'll upload all mods and cc publically as soon as they're finished, but allow patrons to download testing and unfinished versions earlier. This includes a testing version of my new TS3 TOOL mod, that will be coming soon!

To show my gratitude, patrons in the Supporter + Tier can also request custom recipes, plants or ingredients, and can individually choose whether they'd like me to make them available to the public or just as a private download.

I really really appreciate any and all support, even just likes and reblogs over on my tumblr! I don't intend to keep this patreon up forever, just until things become a bit more stable for me. I hope you all enjoy what's to come :)

Breakfast At Twinsimming’s by Twinsimming 🥞

This mod adds six new breakfast recipes converted from The Sims 4, along with one new custom Avocado harvestable, and one new custom Butter ingredient!

The recipes, harvestable, and ingredient can all be placed in your Packages folder. They were created and tested on 1.69, but should work fine on 1.67.

(Yes, the title is a play on Breakfast At Tiffany’s, and no, I have not seen the movie lol)

New Recipes

All of the recipes are breakfast themed, but they’re enabled to be prepared at any time of day. They are also all Vegetarian safe!

Cooking Overhaul mods make the recipes require more ingredients, but they are not required to use this mod. Cooking Overhaul ingredients will have an (*) symbol next to them. From left to right in the preview photo:

Baleada (Level 2): Cheese, Egg, and Avocado

Fruit Salad (Level 0, under Dessert): Any Fruit x3

Avocado Toast (Level 0): *Bread, Avocado, and Butter

Eggs Benedict (Level 6, requires recipe book): Egg, Butter, and *Milk

Oatmeal (Level 0): Any Fruit, *Milk, and *Granola

Eggs and Toast (Level 0): Egg, *Bread, and Butter

Avocado Harvestable

The Avocado harvestable is a conversion from The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure. It can be bought at the grocery store for §6 or planted and grown at Level 6 of the Gardening skill.

Note: There is no auto soil for the Avocado tree at this time. Hopefully I can find a working tutorial and make this a reality in the future!

Butter Ingredient

Butter is a new, non-plantable ingredient that can be purchased at the grocery store for §5. It can also be made using my Pasteurize Milk Mod.

If you have my Pasteurize Milk Mod already installed, you do not need the Butter file included with these recipes as it is the same ingredient as the one included in that mod.

Note: This Butter ingredient is different from the one included in icemunmun’s Baker’s Basket Plants, Ingredients and Recipes mod, so both can be installed at the same time.

Conflicts & Known Issues

This is a new script mod so there shouldn’t be any conflicts.

Spicy Animation Fix 🥵

This mod fixes the fire breathing animation error when a sim gets the Spicy or Too Spicy moodlet that forces them into the sitting animation, rather than playing the proper standing animation.

Place in your Overrides folder.

Requirements

Requires The Sims 3: Supernatural for the animations.

Conflicts

Conflicts with any mod that edits the following animations:

No Social Groups
