Voy a olvidar cada noche, andar al filo de tú calle a la luz de esos faroles que jamás debieron ser la luz que guiara mis pasos al compás de los recuerdos…
Please read, i’m scared and i shouldn’t be...
Hi! My Name is Miroslava Aguilar, and even if i don’t rant about much about my life. I’d really like to do so now.
I live in Mexico, that’s right, we’re starting bad there. Oh and let me add up to it, i live in a metropolitan city called Guadalajara; which you might know about it because many international flights end up there. Now Why am i ranting? why am i scared?
Well, today is May 1st, meaning, labour day, meaning we get a free day to do pretty much whatever we want. Kids get to go to the parks, or maybe to the Cinema, you know, to catch up on Avengers 2, but instead of that, today we’ll all have to stay home and pray our asses off, even if i’m an atheist, because the bloody fucking government sucks at doing it’s job properly. You wanna know why?
This morning and probably for the rest of the day, the city has been Narco locked down. That’s right, they’ve blocked streets going in and out of the bloody city, burning cars, buses and some buildings. Police are out in the streets, there are helicopters going around like nuts, and the army is out there.
Now you may ask, how the fuck is it possible for me to live in a Warzone like place, if i live a bloody 3 hrs flight away from bloody Disneyland Anaheim? Specially just a few weeks after the last communicate of our sorry ass excuse of a governor said that, “HEY, Delinquence had dropped this year considerably!” Well, Because my government sucks. Because our politicians keep on spending money like there’s no tomorrow, making deals with the narcos, hidding evidence, kidnapping, burning and then hidding protester’s corpses, YEP! I’HAVEN’T FORGOT ABOUT THOSE 43 STUDENTS!!! and because we keep quiet because we’re afraid and because the people vote for those assholes when they give the people free stuff!
Oh, and this isn’t even half of my rant you see, There was a Warzone like genocide the 6th of January, yeah, the day the bloody 3 magician kings (or i don’t know how you call those fuckers in English) yep, the bloody Baltazar, Melchor and Gaspar come to the kids homes and leave presents for them, yep, that day in Apatzingan (where our first constitution was drafted) there was a mass murdering genocide against civilians, of which we’ve only know till a few weeks ago because it was sooo brutal that almost no witnesses remain. How fucked up is that?
I will not add up images of this one because they’re simply too strong for certain audiences, but if you want to see how fucked up is my country just google “Apatzingan Matanza” and they’ll pop out.
Don’t let me start now about the firing of newsreporters that discovered corruprion in the government and were fired for spreading the word. Don’t make me tell you about all the people inside and outside our country that has been arrested for speaking up. For calling the bullshit out of my government. The people that has gotten killed just because they were around the place when stuff just got too dense. I’m living in the midst of a Civil war and no media ever covergaes that up because they’re too bloody fucking busy saying to us that a certain celebrity married a certain politician. I’m just fed up!
Do i add up the 43 students and all those kids they’ve been trying to kill in my country just because we’re fed up and we want peace? But yeah, you know, we can always look aside when governors spend 3 million pesos, that’s about 300 thousand dlls right now, a bit less on it’s bloody fucking birthday party… but yeah.
Don’t get me wrong, i love what people are doing for the #BlackLivesMatter thing, i really do, because that just shows me that police brutality exists not only in my country. But i’d like y'all to take a break from that and help me spread the word about this because, I’m scared of going out of my house. My mom is out there and so is my little sister and i don’t know where they are, and well, i shouldn’t be worrying about it. They say that in this times you need to stick close to your family and hope for the best, My grandparents are alone, at their houses, so are my cousins, nieces, nephews, auncles and aunts and we can’t be together because it’s too bloody scaring to go out there. It shouldn’t be like this. I shouldn’t be scared of going out to the street, out of my own house. We need help, and we need it now.
My name is Miroslava Aguilar, i’m 21 years old, i’m a student who currently lives in Mexico and i’m afraid of one day being boarded by cops and/or narcos and killed just because i was in the wrong place at the wrong time….
Thank you for reading this. Please spread the word.
