Is there a way to make the human female character in a paranormal romance book just as interesting as the paranormal love interest and without making her sarcastic?
Now that curly hair is more popular: omg, curly police, can you stop gatekeeping.
This same people back when straight hair was popular and they couldn't live without a hair Straightening Iron: your hair looks messy, you would look great with straight hair, comb your hair, your hair looks dirty, I like your hair but you would look prettier with straight hair, yeah because I do take care of my hair (answer someone gave to me and a friend after complimenting their very straight hair). Etc.
As soon as straight hair comes back to being popular the same people that now yell "curl police, stop gatekeeping curly hair" will start saying and swearing they have straight hair.
I just want a sapphic romantasy book where the main characters are sapphic and they don't share the "main character" title with other straight or gay characters, a sapphic book that is NOT multiple pov and where the romance IS important for the plot, but is still fantasy.
Why is that so much to ask? Straight people have so many of those and they live constantly asking "is it spicy? Does it have romance?" Under ANY book video recommendation. But when we, sapphic people, ask for the same thing, somehow we are bad for sexualizing our own sexual orientation and asking for something straight people also ask all the time...
I'm tired of getting excited about starting a new sapphic book and realizing is multiple pov, where there are like seven povs and just two of them are sapphic.
Anyone who calls Priory of the orange tree "dragon riding lesbians" didn't read the book, because the lesbians in the book aren't the ones riding the dragons.
Does anybody have sapphic fantasy romance book recommendations that are NOT multiple pov?
Mlm books are barely ever multiple pov, but sapphic books? Fantasy sapphic books? Almost all the time they're multiple pov

@Shepherds4Good: Palestinian children in Gaza hold a press conference outside Al Shifa hospital, speaking English so the world cannot pretend not to understand them: “We come now to shout and invite you to protect us; we want to live, we want peace… we want to live as the other children live.”
