Genshin OC sketches. This is Uriel, grown ass man who used to be a priest for the Tempus, a religious group that worshipped Istaroth 500 years ago. He earned himself the title of the traitor of the Tempus when he slaughtered a large portion of their organization due to a mysterious incident not recorded in any scrolls of letters.

He was chosen as a child to be a priest due to his resemblance to Istaroth. Down to his blue finger tips caused by issues with his blood circulation which he struggled with till the day he was punished.

I say punished and not killed because really what happened is that his souls was shattered into a bunch of little tiny pieces and they were scattered across Teyvat.

I haven’t posted about Rasmus much here.

He’s a knight of Favonious who mostly works as a strategist.

Fun facts about him-

He’s been in love with Varka for 15 years known him for just about 20.

He can see into the future, but it comes with a consequence. For example if he looks 10 seconds into the future then he loses the ability to see for 10 seconds.

He got his Pyro vision during the expedition in Nod Krai.

He’s incredibly paranoid and tends to be a shut in. Lisa and other knights (mostly Varka) tend to not allow him to do his whole isolation thing.

I have like 5 Genshin OCs and this is my soft launch for one of them being a manifestation made by the abyss in a poor attempt to mimic Rerir, were any missing pieces were filled in with other memories and it ended up just making a little girl who’s not entirely sure what to do or what she is. She doesn’t see herself as human and struggles to find the empathy for them until finally she’s shown kindness by the remaining knights of Favonious in Nod Krai while wandering around which is when she decides she wants to try her best at being human.

Her name is Viiva do we like her? 🥹

ʚɞ Were the knight is so in love with Varka in every way that it long passes devotion and falls into passion, it might as well be a hobby staring at him.

ʚɞ A knight who has been watching from afar not because they genuinely believe these feelings can go away but because they can't bear their own love weighing Varka down.

ʚɞ A knight who will never confess not because of lack of confidence of Varkas love but because they know him, they know he would put so much aside for a lover just to keep them safe. And when it comes to a difficult choice they would never want love to blind the man to a logical decision.

ʚɞ Knight so deeply passionate they have written letters they will never send, each one different. Some recount stories of the day and little things that made them fall deeper in love with Varka, and other decribe just how painful it feels to love him, other letters are drunkenly written poems and songs. Things maybe they weren't passionate about before they are suddenly interested in because it feels like the only way to express a tiny fraction of the love they feel for the Grand Master.

ʚɞ So passionate with their love it's the very reason they get a vision, it is the reason why they do what they do.

ʚɞ A knight who would sooner write a letter to be delivered to Varka after their own death rather than confess their feelings while living. A knight who believes there is no escape to their own feelings, not even death can be rid of them because every grain of their ash would weigh the same as mountains with the love they feel for him.

When you’re in love with the Grand Master and yk he could like you back but you lwk don’t wanna hold him down with how much you love him. But you love him so much you get a vision.

And not to mention the years of love letters and poem, and ballets you’ve written for him. It’s the one thing that makes you understand your people’s love for music, but you’re NEVERRRRR gonna admit you’re in love with him out loud.

So you write a letter you hope he gets for when you die in battle.

Genshin OC idea.

Ok so the general consensus I’ve seen is that Pyro visions are given to those with a great passion for something. Now hear me out on an oc that loves so passionately from a far that their love is recognized as not just devotion but a genuine passion they have.

The main idea I had was having a knight of Favonious OC, ima name him Rasmus. Lemme make a long story short, he’s sort of lazy, a drinker, intelligent in battle strategy, turns down the role of a captain in favor of less work, and is deeply in love with Varka. Known the man for fifteen years and there has not been one in which Rasmus has not loved him. I’m talking this man uses his name sparingly because he fears one day it will run dry, it’s like water to him. He writes letters he never sends consistently and tries every method to pull away from any romantic feelings from Varka. Distance grows fondness but Rasmus didn’t think he had any left to grow for Varka. And he never tells him not for the fear of feelings not being reciprocated but for the fear that he’d stain Varka in some form or way.

At some point loving Varka becomes a passion of him, writing the letters he never sends and consistently wondering if there ever will be a day when the love will run dry.

So when he gets his Pyro vision during the expedition he has to try and play it off as a passion for battle strategy.

Super off topic for this blog but I think it would be the funniest thing if at times the Archons could actually hear prayers being made to them. Like if they chose to they could.

Sometimes it’s to solve their people’s problems when they have the time, others it’s because some of the shit these people pray about is straight out of a bad drama and they just need to hear it.

Ok so I've been in this debate for a while, about wether or not I should ship Yuuji and Megumi in my AU. So far I think it could work rather well.

Essentially Yuuji in this AU is more of a rough personality, or at least he tries to act colder towards other and more annoyed towards Gojos antics. One of the key things that he believes about Megumi is that Megumi absolutely dislikes him and that it is a fact that will never change.

In contrast Megumi in this AU is extremely confused about how to feel about Yuuji. To others points of view Yuuji himself is an enigma of sorts, he can look like he's getting adjusted to everyone one minute and the next he's rude and silent like a switch flip. He finds himself debating over wether or not Yuuji is a good but misguided person or if he's as evil as the king he's a vessel for.

I think it could make for a very interesting dynamic and I've already started settng it up in ch3 of the fic I'm writing in case I decide to do it. I just felt like writing it all out and asking people on here (if I get responses lol) about how they feel and wether or not I should do it.
