What’s the point of micro-dosing?
Intense psychedelic trips have their own specific purposes, but they can drain a decent amount of serotonin and cannot be done at work or in unfamiliar situations. Also, micro-dosing seems to have a unique compound affect on the neurological consciousness system when performed correctly and consecutively.
What can I micro-dose on?
The best compounds to micro-dose on and achieve the highest level of benefits from are LSD and Psilocybin from magic mushrooms. However, you can micro-dose on LSA, 1P-LSD, Ethyl-LAD, 2C-B, 2C-E, Psilocin, 4-AcO-DMT, Mescaline, and compounds of similar structure.
How often should I micro-dose?
A good formula is once every 4 days. You could micro-dose once every 2 days, but it would require taking a break after a couple doses and returning to it after the break.
1/10 - 1/5 of your normal dosage is best for micro-dosing. For LSD, this would generally be 5ug-20ug, averaging around 10ug.
For magic mushrooms, 300mg-800mg.
