Max Cap: 480 (720 if you have the Aurum Pass). Vitality is regenerating at 1 point every 6 minutes
If you’re at zero, it takes 2 full days to hit the 480 cap. For those with the Aurum Pass, it takes 3 days to reach 720 limit.
High-Cost Tasks: Playing music or singing costs 20 Vitality.
Low-Cost Tasks: treating, watering, and weeding cost 5 Vitality.
Don't let it sit at Max: Once you hit the cap, you stop generating Vitality. That means every hour you spend at the cap is 10 Vitality (half a performance) lost.

How to achieve 3-star Blooms
Prioritize Performance: Playing music (Erhu) costs 20 Vitality and increases Vigor (the star rating).
If you perform at 0 vitality, you get no vigor points, and you might be stuck at 1 or 2 star ratings.
Blooms must have 81+ vigor to become a 3-star plant.
Tap the Magnifying Glass icon on a plant to see its current numerical Vigor. Usually, 2–3 performances are enough to cross 81.
If you reached 81+ Vigor, you can save the performance and vitality for raising the vigor of other blooms.
Plants with “Like Music” trait gain more Vigor from performance.
Cultivation and Maintenance
Cultivation costs 5 vitality and can still be done even in 0 vitality, you just do not earn Garden Exp.
Neglecting maintenance for 24 hours results in a -5 Vigor penalty; after 48 hrs, the penalty is -10 vigor.
Batch Care is an automated function that allows you to tend your entire garden with one click. Always perform first, then hit Batch Care. You might use up your vitality and may not be able to raise your leaf rating or star rating to 3.
Check each bloom for its unique cultivation needs to determine extra growth points.
Strategy: Use all your Vitality on music first to hit those 3-star ratings and earn high EXP chunks (+20), then clean up the weeds for "free" afterward. Always perform first, then hit Batch Care. You might use up your vitality and may not be able to raise your leaf rating or star rating to 3.
Harvesting Full-Grown Flowers
When your blooms is at 100% Growth, you will see two options:
It means you are harvesting the "whole" plant, including the roots. This is what we can store in the warehouse and will never wilt. You can put these into the Hybridizer and create new seeds.
Note: You can store the blooms in the warehouse at any stage. If you are not sure what to do yet, always choose Harvest Bloom. You can turn the blooms into cuts but you can never turn the cuts back into blooms.
During cultivation mode, go to your warehouse by clicking the house icon beside the Vitality/Stamina counter or simply interact with the floral bench.
Tap the "Convert to Cut" button.
Cuts will be added to your warehouse.
It means, you will cut the blooms into just flower head and stem. It will be stored on your warehouse for your flower arrangement activities and gifting to your beloved LI.
Note: The cuts lasts only for 7 days so make sure you use them within that given time frame. Give him flowers 5x daily. You can put this also on your shared box and store enough vases so that your LI can do some flower arrangements for you as gift.
