#i have talked about the parallels between junpei and desmond on like every single social media platform #but i feel like overall junepei and desmond and penny (what is their ship name) are very similar #i think that desmond is VERY junpei personality wise and akane action wise #and then penny is akane personality wise and junpei action wise #i’d say they’re both more junpei than akane but that’s just bc akane is so unreplicatable #is that a word #i guess that since des and penny were introduced a few years before 999 came out #i should technically say that junepei are desmond + penny coded instead of the other way around #but my brain is wired to think about zero escape first and foremost unforch #anyways i really really love ships where people will spend years searching for / going through time and space to find their soulmate #and they both are also related to boats #so there’s that i guess #zero escape #lost
