- Johnny was not even in the country on some of the days she claims he assaulted her.
- There is no proof that she has video evidence. She has not released it nor submitted it.
- The witnesses to the “assault” were the couple’s bodyguards, who stood outside the apartment during the argument to give them space. They rushed in immediately after hearing Amber scream “Stop hitting me!” to find her sitting on a couch in the living space and Johnny standing in the kitchen, with no sign that any violence had occurred. It is believed that she was trying to make them think she was in danger, and it backfired. 
- Both bodyguards claim that throughout the relationship it was Amber who repeatedly had fits and would throw objects.
- The bodyguards also state that they had to physically pull Amber off of Johnny more than once while she attacked him.
- The LAPD investigated the apartment after Amber called them in. They found no evidence of a physical altercation, not even anything smashed or disheveled in the apartment. Even though she said she did not want to make a report, according to the LAPD rules, they would have had to take one anyway if they found anything incriminating. 
- Johnny’s mother and a lot of his friends never liked or trusted Amber and thought she may have narcissistic and/or antisocial personality disorder.
- A temporary restraining order will often be issued with basically no proof. That is standard. 
- Amber was arrested for domestic violence in 2009. 
- Men can be victims too

The biggest sign that it wasn’t real was when she suddenly had a photoshoot of ‘bruises’ he supposedly gave her but she hadn’t been near him for weeks and the marks appeared literally overnight. And this doesn’t even come close to how she did this with her last ex-husband but withdrew the accusation when the judge said that unless she could produce proof, he wouldn’t take her claim seriously. - Purple
