HUGE news! Jun Togawa avec Kei Ookubo will be performing LIVE on online livestreaming channel DOMMUNE.

22nd of April, 7pm JST - 11pm.

Additionally, there will be talk segments. Come listen to to Jun and Kei, along with staff from Ele-King Books, who recently published Jun's "People & Me", (Noda Tsutamu, Itaru Mita, Ukawa Naohiro) and watch Okite Porsche DJ Jun's songs!

The final song to be translated off of Dial Y! and a song about… murder? Secret agents? It’s from the secret agent-y album so I assume it has something to do with all of that. Also, affidavit is clearly a legal term.

Anyway, I’m working on getting a WordPress up to host all my translations now. I don’t plan to delete anything off Tumblr because people still use it, and I may even end up crossposting. We’ll see. In the meantime I’m still using twitter over at boshijusei.

I got turned onto this because of Jun Togawa’s cover on Jun Togawa avec Kei Ookubo, which is out now and you should really purchase.

This is a cover of an Edith Piaf song, which you might think wouldn’t be that different from the original, but you would be surprised! This makes me even sadder than the original does.
