I think about Derek stepping up and speaking for Spencer when he is having trouble doing it himself alot.

Like think of the missing kid's parents in s4, when Spencer woke them up screaming. I know Derek has to save face for the team too but you can tell he was really fucking worried about Spencer while trying to pry the attention off him. The same happened when Diana (Maeve's killer) approached him. But in there Derek was even less polite lmao

This is why I Say that it comes to a point where Spencer's neurodivergent traits aren't up to interpretation/accidental coding. Spencer HAD in more than one ocassion displayed what is something alot of people tend to forget about disabilities....they fucking disable you.

And as *ahem* questionable actitude some of the Team have with Spencer's "lmao he likes to talk alot" Moments, it is sweet that at least during his most vulnerable he is avocated for rather that just 'just get over yourself" ed.

Guys can I be honest I don’t get the ‘Reid got propositioned by every prostitute we talked to’ line😔 like I thought the point of that was that he’s an awkward single man in his 20s who’s like kinda their target audience, I thought it was more of a diss than a compliment? But other ppl interpret it as just Spencer being sexy like am I not getting it what dot com.
