That face when you remake the Danganronpa 3 character pixel sprites bc the original ones look odd in comparison to their actual designs.

I always thought that the pixel sprites for the Danganronpa 3 cast looked kinda bad, especially considering the previous installments looked better. Maybe its just me but I always go that feeling. So why not remake them my own type of style? I wasn't going specifically for Danganronpa-like pixel style, more like my own and what looks better. I think for the most part I love them!

There are some duds I don't really like that much, like Ryota and Kyosuke look fine but not the best. Oh well!

I disappeared again and came back, showing the news that I changed Shion's last name from Tsurigane to Yumehara. Here are the reasons:

1) Some people were associating her last name with a deliberate combination of Tsumugi Shirogane, as if they were related. Since I don't like Tsumugi, that was one of the reasons

2) The second reason is that the sound resonates better when saying the first and last name together

3) The meaning of Yumehara is much prettier, meaning "Dream field," so I fell in love with this last name

After the shock of Chisa Yukizome's death and witnessing Daisaku Bandai being killed by his own NG Code, panic grips the hall. With Miaya's remote help, the group, reduced to four (Makoto, Aoi, Gozu, and Shion), manages to escape Juzo and Kyosuke's fury, seeking refuge in an isolated room.

When the adrenaline finally subsides and they find themselves "safe," the shock of reality hits Shion. Due to her severe anxiety, Monokuma exploited her greatest weakness with a cruel NG Code: "Crying in front of more than 1 person." Trapped in the room with three other people and at her emotional limit, she feels the dam is about to burst. In an act of pure survival instinct, Shion abruptly flees to the adjacent, dimly lit corridor to isolate herself.

Great Gozu, believing her NG Code is simply "cry," goes on high alert and chases after her alone to try and stop her. He sees her break down in tears and despairs, awaiting the bracelet's lethal injection... only for the seconds to pass without anything happening, realizing that, in his presence alone, she is finally safe to show her vulnerability, before he notices that she simply cannot cry in front of another person.

The scene in the image takes place after Gozu has managed to stop Shion from crying and take her back to where Makoto and Aoi are.

I finally mustered up the courage and decided to change her last name so it wouldn't be similar to Shione Togawa. Since that last name is winning in the Instagram poll, and I'm having a really high anxiety attack today, I decided to change it permanently. Honestly, Togawa was already making me even more anxious. It felt like my head was itching inside.
