godot ace attorney? is this you.
Nope, I do not know them
Imagine yourself.
You are 14. You want to try dating. You wouldn’t want to date an 11 year old though, right? No, no way. You want someone your age!
At 15, an 11 year old is out of the question! That’s just silly. Even 12 is too little– you might even have a younger sibling that age. Gross!
At 16, would you date someone who is 13? (a middle schooler). You wouldn’t, right? As a high schooler, 13 is just a baby.
This phenomenon is NOT lost on adults. Take it from someone who IS one. As an adult, anyone who is a teenager is a child to us. This is not meant to be condescending; adults see teenagers as people who have growing to do. People who are so much younger, immature even. Small like a younger sibling who needs protecting. If you are underage, and an adult tells you that they see you as an adult and are attracted to you because of it, THIS IS A LIE. They see you as a child. If an adult tells you that they see you, who is underage, as an adult, stay away. That person is attracted to children. That person is a pedophile.
I agree with most of this but the binary thinking in this website is really getting to me. There is a gray area between child and adult. If you think a 25-year-old being attracted to a 19-year-old is criminal, you need to examine your assumptions.
aoc being threatened and sexually harassed by border patrol agents at a detention camp today is so horrifying… every last member of CBP is undeniably evil. These aren’t people simply “doing their jobs”, they take pleasure and pride in the torture and misery they inflict on the people of color at their mercy. They are devoted fans of white supremacy and the power they have to hurt others and see anyone who wants to take that away from them as an enemy who needs to be destroyed
You can’t just decide people are evil and therefore not worth anything. I mean you can, but it won’t solve anything.
Cops woke me up this morning
Because somebody in New Zealand didn’t like what I was saying about myself being a MAP on this app called Vent. So, they called the missing and exploited children agency in the U.S. who then showed up at my door, treating me like a child molester. They monitor all of my communications now and they put me on some sort of list. Fuck this world. Fuck America. Fuck the police. Fuck child molesters. But most of all, FUCK ANTIS.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
OP is obviously a troll, but all the bloodthirsty antis commenting on this post are too stupid to realize it.
Pam Selfies (Archer)
Pam is such trash, and I love her.
We teach our kids that it is never ok to lie while constantly lying to them to preserve their innocence
Your experience is not universal
I mad agree with this.
This reminds me, if y'all haven’t heard of therapyforblackgirls.com please visit if you need a therapist. You can search by mental health need, location/distance, insurance, etc. I believe there are some that provide a sliding scale payment method for those without insurance.
If you’re not quite ready to make the jump, there is a podcast you can listen to as well as articles and links to help answer some of your questions about mental health and/or therapy.
The purpose, as I understand it, is to provide a place where black women can go to find culturally sensitive therapy. Some specialize in family/couples as well.
Take a look.
Soo it ain’t racist if I want a white therapist then huh?
No it is..because you’re white and thats our default.
So, I wonder when they’ll start condemning Martin Luther King Jr and protesting to bring back segregation.
No, it is racist. Black people do not have shared experiences. Just because you grew up poor or were in a gang or had trouble in school doesnt mean they did.
Second, many therapists do nothing but talk to people with mental illnesses that the therapist themselves do not have. The same logic applies here with understanding experiences. How do we get around this? By you sitting in that chair and telling your therapist what happened and how it makes you feel.
We literally watch movies and read books to understand experiences that we didnt personally go through. Please do not pretend that empathy and understanding are limited to race.
I dislike tumblr so very very much.
Anyway, here’s the whole response that didnt post
What about the shared experience of institutionalized racism?
Also, in my personal experience, I had a male psychologist once and he was more than a little sexist. Being a counselor, therapist, or psychologist does not magically dissipate internalized bias.
Crocs are trans, confirmed
So anyway, here’s YET ANOTHER reminder that shipping people irl in any romantic or sexual context is wrong and you shouldn’t do it
And that stands even if they’re in a public relationship too! Because it literally isn’t any of your business how their relationship progresses!
You can support two people in love without being invasive on their privacy and commodifying their bond with each other! So do that!
ACTUALLY it’s not wrong, do what you like, folks!
I didnt use commas on twitter dot com and now I’m being swamped with notes of people dunking on me lol
No one wants to kiss you younfool i wanted the angels to kiss AS WAS MY RIGHT
You knew what i fucking meant
i hate this man so much oh my god skjdfhskfhsf “look at me joke with the op of a post that is literally about me being homophobic. haha i love gays but my characters definitely arent gay because that would be gross.”
when will we start holding him accountable, gays?
Accountable?? Because two characters he created 30 years ago didn’t kiss for your enjoyment and entertainment?? The sense of entitlement on this website is astounding sometimes!
me: [make post on tungle.com that has evidence and reasonin behind it]
fandom mums:
I deal with assholes all the time who say horrible things and then say “ha ha, just kidding, what if I was like that?”.......you are on your way, kid
hero: *refuses to kill the extremely dangerous and evil villain because ‘i’m better than that’*
me:
Let’s the villian live after shooting all the henchmen in the head
Another example of the bloodthirsty children on this site. Death begets death. Morons.
the only good thing about white people is
Everything because you can’t base people on their skin colour only on their actions.
ok. actions white ppl have done include
-colonialism -unwanted occupation in other countries -slavery -systematic racism -killing off races for resources -genocide
idk…seems like enough to judge why i didn’t put down any reasons to like white ppl.
Non-white people have done all of those things too. So what is your point?
Colonialism:
Occupying other countries. (not really different from a colony, padding the list?)
Empire of Japan they controlled Korea and parts of China. They weren’t nice about it either.
Slavery:
North America and Western Europe look like they have pretty low levels.
Systematic racism:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rwandan_genocide The Hutus were quite racist toward another ethnic group the Tutsi which led to a genocide. Despite the fact that both groups would be considered to be “black” by Westerners, they recognized a clear difference between their two groups.
Killing off races for resources:
Well, usually there isn’t a genocide to get resources, more often one power will either just take a resource after conquering a territory. Like what Iraq tried to do when they invaded Kuwait in 1990 for their oil.
Or will actually enslave the population and make them work. This is going on in the Congo.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conflict_resource
Genocide:
Japanese rape of Nanking
Rwandan genocide mentioned above.
Cambodian genocide
In other words get of Tumblr and maybe read a history book.
Reminder that Ghenghis Khan was Asian and he fucking slaughtered a significant part of the world’s population
Stop judging people based on skin color 2k19.
Never thought we would have to tell “stop judging people by the color of their skin” by people who claim to be against racism…
Oh yes the tides have definitely turned, we do indeed have to be the people to say “stop hating an entire group of people based upon their skin color” which seems unbelievable that we still have to say that, and directly to the groups which claim to oppose racism the most. And so often, these groups are extremely ignorant of the fact that all the “evils” committed by one “race”, have been committed by all peoples across the globe at some point. Slavery? Hardly new, hardly just an African thing. Colonialism? Hostile conquest? Genocide? All extremely old things which have happened since the beginning of recorded history.
n*ilman be like “I get to call aziraphale and crowley homophobic slurs but I draw the line at actual lgbt people calling them gay”
This just in: if you ever use a slur in writing, even if it was 30 years ago, even if you are showing narratively that using said slur is bad, then YOU are BAD and everything you produce is BAD.
You fucking assholes. I hate everyone on this goddamn website.
👀👀👀
Y’all have discoursed yourselves in a circle
americans be like ‘thank you mr. soldier for killing civilians’
As an American, I don’t think non-Americans realize how much of a non-scandal this is. Americans literally don’t care if soldiers kill civilians (as long as they’re the right –that is, adequately brown – civilians). You can literally say “When I was a soldier, I killed hundreds of civilians”, and face no consequences (as long as you’re white). White Americans expect soldiers to kill non-white civilians. They consider it part of the job.
Also, “Thank you for your service” is one of those meaningless phrases Americans say reflexively because we’ve been trained to. It’s part of the fetishization of the military that’s one of the core aspects of American religion. People who don’t thank every soldier they meet are considered rude and unpatriotic.
It’s also because of how shitty soldiers were treated after Vietnam. Most of them were drafted. They literally had no choice except to go to war. Then when they got back, people spit at them and called them baby murderers. I know because this is what my dad lived through. It made him extremely bitter.
I agree the US military organization is a fucking piece of shit. But not all soldiers are.
