Let’s see, I work to earn money that the State then steals a portion of, under threat of imprisonment or violence, for “services” I can’t opt out of, and then if I spend it they steal even more. If I invest it they steal some of whatever profit I make, if I own property they steal more even though I own it free and clear, and if I die and leave it to someone else they steal another chunk of it. They steal something like 70% of the income you’ll make your entire life.

Umm ... Yeah sorry to disappoint y'all... But not all gay people are good people. In fact it's pretty much the same ratio as every other group (a few good, a few bad, most terribly neutral, grey, and easily ignored) and sorry but Dahmer is much more important to remember and understand the psyche of humanity than any gay person from some bullshit reality TV series or "queer" celebrity that can't stop talking about things they can't possibly understand. If we all got to show off only the admirable people from our respective groups then nobody would ever see anything bad or negative on television. But I believe it is important that they do, because the world is not built to protect you from things you don't like or want to see, the real world is not fair, or clean, or wholesome... And it's important we remember that it has a dark side, as do you, whoever is reading this.

Well this is all fairly interesting. Glad to see we've reached the stage of Orwell's prophecy by demanding people show their private correspondence to be given the God given right to bear arms, which soon the state of NY (which is going to hell in a hand basket fast under the crazy new Commissar - I mean Governor) will ensure they never have at all unless they work for the NY state police force. I'd just like to pop in for a second and say how interesting it is that we live in a society that is now actively trying to normalize the fact that thousands of healthy young adults are dying for no reason, often even being labeled as "peacefully in his/her sleep". A politician's SEVENTEEN year old daughter "died peacefully in her sleep" for no fucking reason. This is not normal. Say it with me, THIS IS NOT NORMAL. We warned the world not to trust pharmaceutical overlords and I believe the chickens have come home to roost at last. They can call me crazy. But I'm not developing heart problems, unusual blood clots, I haven't been seriously ill or hospitalized, and clearly I haven't died for no reason in my fucking sleep at the venerable age of 28. You think this world we are finding ourselves in now is normal? Fuck right off.

I will not be watching Amazon’s LOTR show when it comes out later this year. I will not be reblogging gifs, pictures or clips from it, fan art or fanfiction based on it, people’s reactions to it or reviews of it. I will unfollow blogs that post this kind of stuff because I don’t want to see it. The only Amazon-related things you will see on my blog are posts asking people to stop giving Amazon money and positive promotion. I’ve explained why here and here. 

Everyone should try to limit what they buy from Amazon, with the goal of quitting it completely. I understand that some people buy necessities from Amazon when they have no other choice, but the bottom line is, the last thing you need to be buying from them is entertainment. 

If you’re determined to watch Amazon’s LOTR show, at least pirate it. Before you get mad at me for saying so, remember that pirating Amazon’s content doesn’t take money away from the actors, artists, stunt people, etc. who worked on the TV shows. They’re paid for doing a job; they do not receive extra money when you pay for an Amazon prime subscription. 

Also, please don’t reply to this post saying “let people enjoy things.” Me personally wanting to avoid Amazon’s LOTR show does not stop you from engaging with it. I’m writing this post so I can figure out which blogs I can continue to enjoy without having to see Amazon content.
