A very late April spreadsheet hehe
Lately I haven't been feeling very motivated to use my bullet journal so I've decided to only do it when I feel like it hehe
I wouldn't say I did a good job with the lettering part, but I'm kind of proud of the bunny drawing!!
Anyway, hope everyone is okay and having a peaceful month!🐇
you need to give yourself permission to be happy now. not when you lost weight, not when you found your soulmate, not when you have more money. we seek excitement from future events, but once those goals are met, the temporary pleasures will pass and they will be replaced by the next fantasy. devote your full attention to your inner self and appreciate being in the moment. happiness is never external, but a way of living and appreciating life. it’s not reality, just the way you perceive it. so go and shift your focus from the outcome to watching yourself grow.
I wanna wish a very, very late, I know happy new year to everyone!! Yeey new year, new opportunities, new mindsets and goals!!
This month I haven't been feeling inspired to do any sheets so that's the only I've made, very simple, just to mark that it's a new year in my bullet journal.
I think I went to a pretty good start, but then I got carried away and added too much information hehe
Anyway, loving to see new spreadsheets and goals for this year, let's make it a good year for each of us, even if the goal is to not have any goals hehe :3

Well I've been with my head over the clouds lately so I didn't post a lot of my sheets, I wasn't feeling very happy with them either. But this month I felt inspired by the colour pink, apparently and I kind of like it, so I wanted to share them with u ppl!!
Lately I've been reading a lil (and omg I'm so in love with this cute Loch Ness Monster bookmarker!!). Also have been trying to be more consistent on my mandarin studies and practicing my writing, it's been a process, I hope I can figure those tones out!!! Trying to enjoy those vacations you know?!
Anyway, a little late in the month but I hope you're all well and being kind with yourselves!! Let's have a lovely month!!
There are many ways to calm a negative energy without suppressing it or fighting it. You recognize it, you smile to it, and you invite something nicer to come up and replace it; You read some inspiring words, you listen to a piece of beautiful music, you go somewhere in nature, or you do some walking meditation.

Today I woke up early and was able to do a lot of things, one of them was to see a chinese video that teaches simple greetings.
I also have been translating a text for my mom, for practice and because, u know, she needs it hehehe it's been hard, but a nice challenge!

A new month, a new beginning!
This month is the end of my amazing vacations, and the start of a new semester, wish me luck!
Also, I've been reading The Handmaid's Tale and I'm loving it, it's been a while since I've read a book that I've actually wanted to read and I'm talking my time, no worries, just enjoying the ride.
Anyway, I wish we all have a good and happy month!
Yesterday I wrote my to do list for the next two months and what can I say? It is very, very long!
However, I am really motivated at the moment after the exams went so well and I would like to share some of my motivation with you.
I'm sure many of you are still in the middle of your exams or have to write some projects and essays. The days are long, your head is full, your legs hurt from sitting around and you just want it to be over.
But you can do it! You've already come this far. Now you have to pull yourself together, work through it and then you will have mastered the next big hurdle. Think about the feeling you will have when it is over and you have succeeded.
This is not a fantasy, not an utopia, you can really do it. Don't tell yourself that you will always just barely pass. You have what it takes and I promise you that all your efforts will pay off. So if you're reading this, make yourself a big coffee, get some vitamins in your body, sit down and work for your goals! You are on a very good path!

May 6th
Finished another book! Capitães da Areia by Jorge Amado, a pretty good critics to society and poverty the racism was clear tho and it was actually pretty annoying
Today I studied for English's cultures class, revised EUA and Canada, then made some exercises. Also took some notes in class (Integrated Languages, if u're curious).
I feel like I could have studied more, but also that what I did was really productive, so I'm fine with it!
Also a picture of me holding a plastic flower cause why not?

Some ppl just can't have enough of the pleasure of finishing a book, however...they can't avoid the sadness of knowing that it is over.
This is why I feel way more happier when I get to the middle of a book, because I've got to know the story, and the good thing is that there's way more to see and learn about it! It's a mystery that I want to enjoy as much as I can!
And also, I wasn't used to read so... getting to the middle is already a winning ya know? But let's ignore this fact for a moment ok? Ok!

Today I haven't had time nor the mental strength to study for college, so I only read a lil and practiced some mandarin writing. Also practiced some pronunciation and I still have so much difficulty with 十 (shí) and 是 (shì) omg I just caaaan't!!! The second and fourth tones gezz I hope I can make it someday!

Today I:
- finished some exercises from an online subject
- finished reading the book from American History that I was reading for class
Didn't do much, yet I feel a sense of accomplishment!
Also, I tried to draw a beautiful art by Fairydrop Art, I'm gonna link their instagram profile if u wanna check it out (it's so beautiful!!). I mean, it's not as nice as theirs, but I think they turned out really cute! Don't know which version I liked the most tho.

Today was fun and kind of easy going, I didn't push myself into doing a lot of stuff, just a little bit of this and a little bit of that, with no rush
Today I:
- made a review on something for my college's complementary hours;
- read a few pages of a book about American History;
- made some exercises from an online subject;
- practiced chinese pronunciation by randomly repeating words and phrases I've heard at a (also random) radio station - nope, I have no clue of what they were saying hehe it was fun tho!
There are unrelated pictures of an attempt of learning how to write an expression in mandarin and also a picture of my black board, cause why not? As u can see, a day with a variety of random stuff hehe

Lately I've been studying considerably, mostly morphosyntax so many exerciseeees they are endless!!
I've finally finished Dom Casmurro and now I'm gonna start reading O Cortiço, from Aluísio de Azevedo. And yeah I've made a photoshoot of the book because why not?! Wish me luck! Oh also, I've made a new bookmark, I wouldn't say it's good, but I don't hate it so, I guess I'll use it.
Basically that's what I've been up to, what about u ppl?

Since today is Sunday, I only made some internship stuff. I took a (basic) english literary book from my mom's course to translate and...yep, that's all for today.
Now I'm resting and watching movies with my mom, it's been fun :3
