hei, first, I just wanna say that I love your blog, it really helps me with your tips and everything. It's just that, I'm in second as a pharmacy student and I just felt that the lectures and the lab works (especially these) just really overwhelmed me. sometimes I get anxieties and pressures. can you get me some tips on how to survive lab works? - thank you for reading and I really hope I get your answers.

First of all thank you, it really means a lot to me I felt the same way too during my first and second year.For me it was because I was taking too much stress and trying to be perfect all the time, which is just not possible Some tips that have helped me are1. Writing and completing the record that day itself2. Going through the experiments once again after class even if it’s just for 5 minutes3. I know it might sound lame but I discuss the previous week’s experiments with my friend and try to recall what we did. 4. Asking seniors about what is important and what I should focus on5. Getting a good night sleep because without it my brain doesn’t work and I am just not as activeMost importantly it was changing my mindset that, this doesn’t define me, I will do what I can for today and the rest is in God’s hand. Effective Study tip for exam

If I was completely honest with you I used to spend most part of my exam worrying and staying up late at night just to wake up the next morning barely remembering a thing and to make matters worse I end up sleeping through half of  the paper.

Not to mention, my marks weren’t as good compared to the amount of work I had done.

I was determined to find a better way to do this.

An individual needs to complete the course of antibiotic treatment even after they see an improvement in symptoms. Do not take some antibiotics with certain foods and drinks. Take others on an empty stomach, about an hour before meals, or 2 hours after. Follow the instructions correctly for the medication to be effective. People taking metronidazole should not drink alcohol. Avoid dairy products when taking tetracyclines, as these might disrupt the absorption of the medication.

Antibiotic medications are widely used in the treatment and prevention of such infections. They may either kill or inhibit the growth of bacteria. A limited number of antibiotics also possess antiprotozoal activity. Antibiotics are not effective against viruses such as the common cold or influenza; drugs which inhibit viruses are termed antiviral drugs or antivirals rather than antibiotics.
