Decided to actually put thought into my Flowery design, so you all get this WIP! (This was mainly the reason why it took so long for last chapter to happen,,, too many tabs open in my brain LOL)

Fully colored version!! Had a lot of fun coming up with these designs (plus, seeing how distorted they became will make a lot of sense for something coming up laterrrrr…)

This piece took forever but I’m really proud of how it turned out! I feel like a kid again, drawing up Flowery aus instead of Flowey aus, as I did ten years ago. Feels good to have fun like that again. Black & White version and Speedpaint below the cut! (Plus a silly doodle)

After finding out about the fic "Room to Grow" by @dinahdelightful by chance, i got pretty interested by its plot, so here's some doodles of the Flowery in there.
Also, as some random design notes, 1: for his Omega Bouquet form, i felt that Flowery was using his own "guts" to keep himself together, because the tape in his mid-section had almost completely fallen off him, 2: the "bow" on Blue's back is actually his wings, and 3: i find it pretty funny how Flowery in Room to Grow has a snake-like tail, because i gave him a deer-like tail in my design. I guess that his previous tail exploded once he transformed.
Flowers procreate by sending their pollen to one another by wind or insects,n birds , even water or by humans :3
So if they were this close together and it was the season I think it would in fact count as that, especially if some pollen rubbed off on the other’s female organ
When I tell you, that I sobbed. Violently. When I realized, one of Ralseis only chances at individuality, of freedom in the ENTIRE GAME. was taking a picture of the golden flower torn in half. IF THAT ISN'T THE BEST FUCKING- THE BEST FORESHADOWING I EVER FUCKING READ AND OH MY GOD THE WAY I SOBBED.... THE WAY I SHOOK

If i ever replay the game again im skipping the chapter 4 ralsei room cutscene to make it so he can get the flowery items for his room and making this a reality
To no ones supprise, im posting more about room to grow. I read the lastest chapter and got really inspired to write and uh. Ended up writing a short little scene of flowery angst. Hope yall enjoy.
Also shout out to my friend for spellchecking this for me because my power is still out and my usual spellchecker doesnt work without wifi

Castle Town is calm for once, most of the citizens tucked away in their buildings doing who knows what. Flowery lets out a deep sigh, letting his mind drift as he walks. Despite the crystal being gone from him, despite him being "cured", things still don't feel normal. There is a lingering air of fear about him, hesitance from others to say no to him. He had already noticed just how out of it Blue seemed. He knew it was likely his... or that crystal's fault. Only issue is he can't remember what he did. He can't remember why Blue seems so... distant...
The creaking of the wooden bridge to the castle snaps him out of his thoughts, his vision refocusing back on reality. He looks down at the clear water, seeing his reflection stare back. It looked like him but... at the same time he was different. He had changed, and not in a good way. He raises his clawed hand, staring at the sharp ends. They look sharp enough to tear anyone into two. He didn't like that. He didn't like any of these changes. They made him seem much more intimidating than he wanted to be. His perfect approachable image was gone, replaced with thorns and spikes, ready to strike.
He hesitantly opens one of his eyes, staring at the red and green that had replaced his usual golden eyes. His pupil was a slit, like a predator. He quickly closes his eye once again, not wanting to look any longer at the unsettling stare he gave himself.
He didn't want this. He didn't ask for any of this. All he wanted was for his fellow flowers to be happy. All he wanted was to help...
He squeezed his eyes shut harder as he focused, trying to remember anything of his time under the crystal's control, any hint of what happened. How did he end up looking like this? What did he say to Blue? Why could he not get rid of this sinking dread in his heart? The worst of it was over, it should be over. Kris said it wasn't his fault, it isn't his fault!
So why then? Why can't he drive away this guilt? Why does it still hurt...?
