I’ve cried in the middle of a lecture and endured the stares of teenagers saying

“She needs to grow up.” or “Oh my god, is she okay?”

I cried in front of my dad when he snapped at me for wearing my earbuds when he was talking to me

And I felt so bad because nothing could stop my endless waterfalls

Not even a chocolate milkshake

Yes, I’m a crybaby

But I’m kind of glad I am

It shows that I care about everything I partake in

That when I go after something, I’m committed to it

It shows that I’m unafraid to show my genuine emotions

That even the stares of 30 teens couldn’t make me hide myself

And I think that that’s beautiful
