Possibly unpopular opinion: There needs to be a larger debate over the (thinly veiled) exclusion of certain ethnicities from certain roles in Six. ESPECIALLY IN THE UK. The bias is paper thin these days.

Looking at you, Seymour and Howard.

I lowkey think the "fans" are partially to blame, too. We demolished so many barriers with the 2021‐22 WE cast and look at how much hate those queens got just for replacing the original cast.

I'm 100% certain if Claudia didn't extend, we'd have seen WOC Seymour disappear just as quickly as Howard.

Random thoughts about the AU/NZ costume reveal that nobody personally asked me for, but I'm nothing if not an over‐sharer x

I LOVE Sarah's Aragon wig. The blonde highlights are stunning on her!!

Redhead principal Bobo debut!!

Personally, I would've loved to see the green highlights make a comeback, ESPECIALLY with this shade of ginger, but my hopes were for naught, it seems x

Six. WHY are we still straightening natural curls!?!? Also, what is the obsession with blonde Seymour??

I do ADORE the body diversity here, though!

Can we get the red highlights in the UK already? They're EXCEPTIONAL!!

I find it funny how all the people whining and screaming over Helen of Troy being portrayed by a black woman clearly haven't even watched the movie or give any actual Fuck's about whose playing her because

We've HAD black Helen's before on 3 separate occasions. Where were the riots then? The backlash?

The pictures people are moaning over...aren't even of Lupita as Helen (the dead giveaway)💀🫠

The images being tossed around are both of her other character in the movie, Clytemnestra, one of which is a SPLIT‐SECOND‐SCREENSHOT, the other one being of a grieving mother being forcibly restrained whilst her daughter is being led to her death. Yeah...can't imagine you'd be giving Vogue's cover either in that circumstance. Would you, love?

They'll use a screenshot of one scene but never show Lupita as the actual mythological character they "care so much about." Strange that, isn't it....

Couldn't be because there is absolutely nothing wrong with how she looks as Helen, could it? Couldn't be because–no, she actually looks quite alright. MORE than alright actually!

I love how we're slowly drifting away from the whole "heroic mastermind" characterisation of Odyseuss and are actively starting to push the more morally grey aspects of his character to the forefront more often. BETTER YET, having him openly acknowledge them at some point instead of making 5000 excuses or doubling down!

That thing is definitely black. But for some reason, it is now a mashup of orange and pink. Not entirely sure how I feel about that, but all that is set aside when BLACK ALT IS BACK AFTER 3 FUCKING YEARS–

As to why Mary of all people has it?? I think it MIGHT be a trial run for the yet‐to‐be‐announced 3rd alt costume for Spain? I seriously don't see why else they'd create an entirely new design for a 2nd cover and still not give swings variants. I don't see Darcy or Selen getting it either, unfortunately.

So thing im kinda bothered by that I've seen noone else talk about, why in six on the rare occasions that k howard is played by a black woman is her hair always straight? Seriously, ever since Tsemaye played her with braids every other black actress to play howard has had straight hair. Its even funnier when its an alt or swing and every other wig they use is textured hair, but once they go on for howard, that shits gotta be straight as taylor swift. Anyone else notice this and what kinds hair types would you wanna see future actresses wear?
