“The Proud Ones” is an oil painting done by the late David Humphreys Miller over 60 years ago. This aged couple, Hosteen Hwiisxini (Mr. White horse) and his wife were descendants of Hoskinini band, which eluded Kit Carson’s round up of the Navajo in 1846. Escaping confinement at the Bosque Redondo in New Mexico and the subsequent “Long Walk” back to tribal lands in 1868 -1869, Hoskinini’s followers hid out in the rugged country between Monument Valley and Navajo Mountain in Utah. Their descendants still consider themselves the elite of the Navajo Nation - Hence David Humphreys Miller titled this painting, “The Proud Ones”. David Humphreys Miller’s Estate on “Strange Inheritances”, Fox News Great interview on Strange Inheritances, Fox Business News regarding the estate of David Humphreys Miller (June 8, 1918 – August 21, 1992). The estate included hundreds of David’s paintings of Native Americans and artifacts that had been given to him as gifts over his lifetime. David’s story is fascinating. From an early age David spent most of his childhood sketching and painting. From 1935 to 1942 he dedicated his life to finding, interviewing, and sketching the remaining survivors of the Battle of Little Big Horn, most of whom were over 70 years old at the time. Many of these Native Americans had never conveyed their stories of the battle to a white man. They did not allow any photographs as they felt the process would take away part of their soul. So David sketched everyone of them. From the sketches he painted a rare collection known today as “The 72 Survivors” of the Battle of Little Big Horn. David had to learn 14 different Indian dialects, including sign languages, and was eventually adopted by 16 separate Indian families. He was eventually given the name, “Chief Iron White Man” by one of the survivors. Below: Photos of David and Jan Miller (circa 1990), artifact shelf in David's office, and part of "The Survivors" collection displayed in their home in Rancho Santa Fe.

Our bodies are not familiar with the information carrying radio waves that comes from the cell phone. As a result, the cells act as if it is under attack and close down not letting free radicals out or nutrients in. This break down of intercellular communication causes a chain reaction that could lead to a tumor. Read more...
How to reduce personal radiation exposure from "Wi-Fi" or wireless networks.
Wireless Internet, otherwise known as Wi-Fi, is the most common way of connecting people to the Internet. These wireless "hot spots" lurk everywhere; coffee shops, schools, hotels, and now even throughout an entire city... Austin, Texas! With this connection comes a continuous pulsating microwave radiation, even when computers are not being used. How do you avoid this radiation? You can switch to network cables and run the cables to the rooms requiring Internet access. The same applies when using a laptop or notebook/netbook. You should disable the wireless connections, as the default setting ensures that wireless is on as soon as you start your computer. If you are not able to hardwire your house you may use power-line networking. It is not the safest way but still beats Wi-Fi since the signal is not going through the air but through the power-lines. What if someone doesn't want to give up their wireless connection? If you have someone that insists on using their wireless Internet, you may turn on the router for the period of time it is being used then immediately shut it off. It is important the wireless router is turned off at night.

Cell phones emit radiation when “ON” whether one is sending a message or not. Many studies indicate that frequent cell phone users have increased risks for brain tumors and other health related problems.
To be on the safe side, follow these tips to reduce exposure to EMR. 1. Use a low radiation phone. 2. Use the phone on speaker mode at least eight inches from your head. 3. Use a headset with an air tube. 4. Keep the cell phone away from your body at all times. Not in your pocket if “on”. 5. Choose texting over talking. 6. If the signal is poor, stay off the phone. 7. Do not use your cell phone in an enclosed area like elevator, airplane, car. 8. Do not allow children to use the cell phone. For one reason, their blood brain barrier is not developed. 9. Keep your cell phone off. Turn on, only when needed. 10. Do not sleep near your phone unless it is off. .
Without my permission the gas and electric companies are transmitting these dangerous EMF's into my house with the Smart Meter. Plus without my permission they are monitoring the entire appliance and electrical usage inside my house. They are electronically trespassing! They are transmitting this data over the network of meters in our neighborhood for an upload to a central link. So in effect, anyone can tap into this link and know all of my information. Most importantly, the possible hackers would know whether I was home or not! That is disturbing to me!
The Smart Meter is the latest assault on you and everyone in this country!
Smart Meters will be installed in everyone’s home in the next few years. It sounds like a great idea. The reality is that these meters transmit in two bandwidths – 900 and 915 megahertz. They are transmitted from the meters omni directionally, meaning that our homes are bombarded with Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF’s) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just get your meter reader or smog detector out and see for yourself. The RF is constant! The Smart Meter is a real health concern.
The health consequences are real! I have asked that they not install one on my house. They are on hold.
