TLDR; Two lesbians are in a dangerous rural area and need help getting out

Mal's father is a patriarchal dickhead that himself said misogyny was too long of a word to know the meaning of.

He hasn't had a job in 30 years. He is also too proud to get on benefits or disability.

He has control of how all money in the house is spent. His sister, Mal's aunt, has to sneak us money in order to help.

He has physically abused Mal in the past, and continues to verbally abuse her and threaten her life when he knows I'm not around to defend her. Everyone is to his whim.

We've had newborn kittens lately. They got to 3-4 weeks, and unfortunately, all but one have died. Every morning, for the past 4 days, Mal and I have found a new kitten dead, and have to bury it ourselves being in rural Arkansas.

Mal is disabled and recently, finally, got an autoimmune diagnosis. One morning we found the kitten before her parents had woken up. Mal buried it herself, leading to an allergic reaction and flare ups. The next morning when the same thing happened, I woke up parents in law to help. Mal took the baby out while I watched the surviving kitten.

This led to Mal being berated, belittled for being "lazy", and threatened to be killed and buried her with the kittens. Mal's mother did nothing. I only know because Mal comes to me in tears after it happens. Always when I'm not present.

We can't keep doing this. We need out. All we need is a vehicle to drive far away.

Hi it's been over a week without any movement also,

Mal has to go to the doctor because of the hives and flare up. It hasn't gone away even after trying multiple OTC medications. We have no idea how much this and subsequent visits will cost because of it. We suspect her autoimmune disease is making everything worse.

for those who don't know, the freedom fretilla, a ship headed to gaza to try and get some aid past the israeli siege, just left with among its crew swedish activist greta thunberg, irish actor liam cunningham, and french member of the european parliament rima hassan.

the ship has already been bombed twice during previous attempts at approaching gaza.

my only hope is that if we make enough noise this time, israel won't dare bomb it with such prominent international figures on board, from fear of making them martyrs and turning the rest of the world against them.

so talk about it, post about it, and expect, demand their mission to succeed and their safe return 🙏

the only power we have is political and economic pressure at this point. ethics are out of the picture when it comes to the israeli government. so we need to make it clear that bombing this ship would be a declaration of war against europe.
